The episode begins with Heer trying to free Saniya’s fiancé, but Nawab stops her. Heer argues that Saniya’s fiancé has already suffered because of Saniya’s betrayal. She suggests that Nawab take him to Chandigarh while she travels to Rampura, but Nawab decides to accompany her.
Saniya’s fiancé claims that he knows how to escape. Nawab asks Heer to trust him and then breaks a bottle to intimidate the goons. He boldly declares that he is not afraid of them or Daler Brar and warns them that nobody will be allowed to harm Heer. Holding her hand, Nawab walks away with her as the goons finally let them leave.
Heer and Nawab find a tempo and get a lift. Heer worries that Daler will soon discover that they are together, while Nawab believes Daler is bound to make another mistake.
Meanwhile, Daler becomes increasingly restless after learning that Heer and Nawab have disappeared. Singhania reminds her that she has only 24 hours to fix the situation before everything falls apart. At the same time, Saniya begins planning another move to regain Nawab’s attention.
During the journey, Heer notices that Nawab’s wound has not been treated properly. She asks for a band-aid and decides to dress his wound herself. Nawab pretends to be in pain, but Heer soon realises that he is only teasing her.
Nawab asks Heer what he can do to ease her pain. Overcome with emotion, Heer finally admits that she loves him but says they cannot remain together. She feels that all her expectations have been destroyed and that she no longer wants to live with a broken heart.
Nawab admits that he wishes he could change the past, but he refuses to give up on their relationship. He asks Heer for one more chance, but Heer insists that he has already used all his chances and she cannot go through the same pain again.
Nimrat calls Nawab, but he disconnects the call. Buzzo then sends him a message revealing that Nimrat has created an AI-generated video. Nawab realises that Nimrat is trying to use the fake video against them.
Meanwhile, Dilip confronts Singhania after learning about Saniya’s social media announcement. Singhania argues with him, while Saniya’s mother remains confident that Nawab will eventually return and marry Saniya.
Gulab blames Daler for the entire situation and desperately asks about Nawab’s whereabouts. Her health deteriorates and she develops a high fever. Dilip asks Anmol to take her to her room.
Nawab explains to Heer that Nimrat is manipulating the situation with the AI video. Heer worries that Daler may pressure Nawab into marrying Nimrat, while Nawab remains determined to meet the woman he truly loves.
Before continuing their journey, Heer and Nawab visit the temple to seek the blessings of Bholenath.
Back home, Dilip confronts Daler and asks her to stop the drama and call Nawab. He openly condemns her actions and stands against Singhania. Daler also faces pressure from the Singhanias, while Saniya makes it clear that she will not give up on Nawab.
Meanwhile, Heer and Nawab listen to the story of Sati. Nawab asks Pandit Ji questions about love and sacrifice. Pandit Ji gives him an important lesson: true love is not simply about possessing the person you love, but about standing by them.
Heer prays that she does not want to lose Nawab. But suddenly, Nawab disappears, leaving Heer shocked and desperately wondering where he has gone.
