The episode begins with Ujjaini telling Nayanika that she has already made it clear that she cannot share her with anyone. Nayanika assures her that she has never taken away Ujjaini’s share of her love and will never do so. However, she asks Ujjaini to understand her situation with humanity, especially because she is both her mother and a doctor.
Ujjaini refuses to accept Nayanika’s new life. Nayanika asks whether she does not deserve love and care as a woman. Ujjaini angrily questions how Nayanika can even ask for this and whether her love was not enough.
Nayanika says that Ujjaini is her everything, but she also has her own needs and desires. She asks whether accepting Ishaan’s love makes her a sinner. She reminds Ujjaini that she has not married Ishaan.
Ujjaini sarcastically points out that Nayanika has already applied sindoor in Ishaan’s name, so she questions what else is left. Nayanika reminds her that she is talking to her mother, but Ujjaini says Nayanika’s behaviour has changed.
Ujjaini asks Nayanika to leave. Nayanika points out that Mini, Romeo and Rohan do not consider her wrong. Ujjaini replies that they are not her children, so they are not affected by Nayanika’s actions.
Nayanika asks what she has done wrong. Ujjaini accuses her of getting romantically involved with a man almost half her age and says the sindoor photograph has already gone viral. She makes it clear that their relationship will never be the same again and tells Nayanika that she does not want to see her face.
Nayanika is deeply hurt but says she will leave in a few days.
Ishaan’s Unexpected Behaviour
The next day, Ishaan asks Sunidhi when he will be discharged. Sunidhi tells him that the senior doctors will make the final decision. She also informs him that his band members and Nayanika have come to meet him.
Ishaan asks her to send his band members into his room. When they meet, Ishaan says that he wants to go home. Krish is relieved to see him recovering and tells him that his fans prayed for him. Ishaan feels that their love may be the reason he survived.
Meanwhile, Bishu asks Maria to meet Ishaan. Maria refuses, saying that knowing Ishaan is safe is enough for her. She asks Bishu to keep Nayanika away from Ishaan.
Bishu says that Nayanika is a kind person, but Maria remains firm. She says Nayanika will never marry Ishaan and asks Bishu to be strict with her. Bishu wonders whether Ishaan may simply be angry with Nayanika, but Maria refuses to change her mind and leaves.
Nayanika Gets Shocked
Nayanika visits Ishaan’s room and asks how he is feeling. However, Ishaan addresses her as “Ma’am.”
Nayanika is stunned. She introduces herself as Nayanika, but Ishaan says that Sunidhi told him that Nayanika was the doctor who treated him. He asks her to discharge him as soon as possible because the accident has already wasted enough of his time and he wants to return to his music.
Nayanika begins wondering whether Ishaan has suffered partial memory loss. However, she decides not to disturb him further.
She promises to make sure that he gets discharged as soon as possible. Ishaan thanks her, and Nayanika leaves the room with a heavy heart.
After she leaves, Ishaan reveals his true feelings. He thinks that Nayanika made him cry a lot, and now it is her turn to suffer.
