The episode begins with Gulab welcoming Heer, but the meeting soon turns into a shocking confrontation. Heer finally discovers the truth about Gulab’s involvement in the conspiracies against her.
Gulab openly admits that she hates Heer and reveals that she was behind the plans that created misunderstandings between Heer and the Brar family. She explains that Nawab had started distancing himself from her because of Heer, which made her decide to turn against Heer.
Gulab further reveals that she was the one who introduced the Singhanias to Daler and manipulated everyone according to her plans. She proudly admits that she treated everyone like pawns in her game.
Gulab then tells Heer that Nawab will never hate her and will never choose Heer over his mother. She challenges Heer to try to turn Nawab against her.
Heer emotionally tells Gulab that she cannot imagine her life without Nawab. Gulab accuses Heer of taking her son away from her. She says that after Heer entered their lives, Heer became the most important person in Nawab’s life while Gulab lost her place.
Gulab reminds Heer that she was once like a God to Nawab, but everything changed after Heer came into his life. According to Gulab, Nawab now thinks only about Heer and wants to keep her happy.
Heer understands that Gulab wants complete control over Nawab. She tells Gulab that she only wants Nawab to stay with her and become successful. Gulab refuses to accept this and says that nobody should teach her how to be a mother.
She declares that she can fight anyone for her son and is ready to cross every limit to bring Nawab back to her.
Meanwhile, Nawab reaches the hotel after learning that Gulab is on the third floor. He begins searching for his mother, unaware of the dangerous confrontation taking place between Heer and Gulab.
Gulab continues threatening Heer. Heer shows her the bangles Gulab had previously sent her and asks her to reconsider her decision and accept her. She warns Gulab that if anything happens to her, Nawab will be completely broken.
Gulab refuses to listen and suddenly pushes Heer.
Nawab hears the commotion and starts moving towards the room. Heer manages to save herself and tells Gulab that she will have to answer for everything she has done.
However, Gulab notices Nawab approaching and makes a shocking move. She takes Heer’s place and deliberately puts herself in danger. Nawab hears Gulab crying for help.
Heer desperately tries to save Gulab, but Gulab is determined to make Nawab believe that Heer is responsible. Just before Nawab reaches them, Gulab deliberately lets go of Heer.
Nawab is horrified and immediately blames Heer for what happened to his mother.
Gulab is rushed to the hospital. Nawab breaks down and blames himself for being a bad son. Heer tries to calm him, but Nawab becomes furious and asks her to stay away from him.
Dilip also asks Nawab to remain strong. Nawab tells everyone that Gulab had been fighting with Heer before she fell from the balcony. Heer insists that this is not what happened, but Nawab refuses to believe her.
Heer asks Nawab to use a lie detector test to prove that she is telling the truth. Nawab loses his temper and accuses Heer of hating his mother. He reminds her that he had already warned her not to go near Gulab.
Nawab tells Heer that he no longer trusts her and warns her that he will never forgive her if anything happens to his mother.
The situation becomes even more serious when the doctor reveals that Gulab urgently needs O-negative blood. Without the required blood, her condition could become critical.
Heer becomes extremely worried and silently prays for Gulab’s recovery despite everything that has happened.
Soon, the doctor informs the family that a donor has been found and Gulab’s treatment can continue.
After some time, Gulab regains consciousness. Dilip becomes emotional and wants to thank the person who donated blood to save his wife’s life.
Saniya then steps forward and reveals that she donated the blood. However, this is actually part of Daler’s plan. Daler deliberately sent Saniya to donate blood so that she could gain sympathy and respect from the Brar family.
Saniya uses the opportunity to strengthen her position within the family.
Later, Gulab calls Nawab and tells him that she wants him to fulfil one of her wishes. Nawab promises that he will do whatever she asks.
In a shocking twist, Gulab points towards Saniya and takes her hand before placing it in Nawab’s hand.
Heer is completely shattered by Gulab’s move.
Nawab notices the fear and pain on Heer’s face, but Gulab has already made her intentions clear. She wants Nawab and Saniya to be together and is determined to remove Heer from her son’s life.
As Gulab continues manipulating the situation, Heer feels that everything she fought for is slipping away.
With Nawab convinced that Heer was responsible for Gulab’s accident and Gulab deliberately pushing Saniya closer to him, Heer finds herself completely isolated.
The episode ends on a dramatic note as Gulab’s plan appears to be succeeding, while Heer fears that she may lose Nawab forever.
