The episode begins with Koyal informing Heer about the transport strike. Heer calls Buzzo for help, but they fail to find any vehicle.
Determined to save Nawab, Heer arranges a tractor. She asks Buzzo and Koyal to help lift Nawab onto it.
Heer drives the tractor herself, risking everything to get Nawab to the hospital. On the way, she keeps urging him to open his eyes.
At the hospital, Nawab is admitted immediately. The doctors begin treatment, and he slowly starts responding. However, they keep him under observation.
The doctor tells Heer that her quick action saved Nawab’s life. Heer pleads with Nawab to wake up, and he weakly holds her hand.
Later, Heer brings Nawab back home with Jimmy’s help. Gulab becomes worried seeing Nawab’s condition.
Daler asks Heer what happened at the college. Heer explains that a girl had brought fish for her lunch, but Nawab accidentally ate it.
Gulab questions why Heer didn’t stop him when she knew about his fish allergy. Heer says she had no idea Nawab had eaten the fish.
Daler blames Heer for everything that happened to Nawab. Even though she knows Nimrat was responsible, she continues to taunt Heer.
Unable to tolerate the insults, Heer asks Daler to stop. She says Nawab’s pain hurts her the most because he is her husband.
Gulab mocks Heer and calls her nothing more than a maid.
Dilip steps in and tells Daler that Nawab is responsible for eating the food, while Heer is innocent. He asks everyone to end the matter.
However, Daler refuses to listen. She declares Heer responsible for everything and orders her to leave the house.
Dilip and Anmol try to stop Daler, but she continues pushing Heer toward the door.
Heer refuses to leave, saying this is her home too. Daler replies that Heer is not a Brar and has no right to stay there.
Despite Dilip’s objections, Daler throws Heer out of the house. Gulab silently enjoys Heer’s humiliation before Daler shuts the door.
Inside, Gulab anxiously waits for Nawab to regain consciousness. Anmol gives him his medicine.
Seeing no improvement, Gulab fears that an evil eye has ruined their happiness.
While unconscious, Nawab repeatedly calls Heer’s name. Gulab desperately asks him to wake up, but he continues murmuring Heer’s name.
Meanwhile, Daler vents her anger on Nimrat and slaps her.
Nimrat apologizes and begs for forgiveness.
Daler reminds her that she had already warned her about Nawab’s fish allergy. She gives Nimrat one last chance and warns that if she disobeys again, she will be thrown out of the house.
Nimrat agrees to follow every instruction.
Later, Dilip secretly shows Heer a video in which Nawab keeps taking her name.
Desperate to see him, Heer asks Dilip for help.
Dilip helps Heer disguise herself as a nurse so she can enter the Brar house unnoticed.
Richa meets the new nurse, who introduces herself as DeSouza and says Dilip appointed her to care for the patient.
Richa becomes suspicious, but Dilip explains that Nawab needs professional care because of his allergy.
Heer cleverly remarks that sometimes a patient’s allergy is caused not only by food but also by the people around them, leaving Richa confused.
Daler questions the need for a nurse, but Dilip insists it is necessary for Nawab’s recovery.
Although Gulab remains suspicious, Heer manages to enter Nawab’s room.
She kisses Nawab on the forehead and gently asks him to wake up.
Nawab opens his eyes and immediately recognizes Heer. He asks why she is dressed as a nurse and demands to know the truth.
Before Heer can answer, Gulab interrupts. She tells Nawab that Daler threw Heer out of the house and claims Heer has come back only to create more trouble.
Heer accuses Gulab of lying from the very beginning.
Fed up, Gulab complains that she can no longer tolerate Heer.
She asks Nawab how she is supposed to handle everything.
