The episode begins with Mukul questioning Deshraj. He asks why Deshraj always cares so much about Sanyam and reminds him that he is also his son.
Deshraj replies that his son cannot be a stranger to him. However, he says Mukul is behaving like an outsider.
Deshraj makes the remark and walks away.
Meanwhile, Suchitra notices that Juhi is disturbed. She feels that Juhi needs a break because she looks lost and unable to focus.
Just then, Karan says that he wants to tell Suchitra something.
Elsewhere, Mukul calls Uttam and tells him that he had made the doctor file an FIR against Sanyam.
However, Mukul now fears that the case could expose them as the people responsible for Rajendra Suri’s death. He therefore asks Uttam to get the FIR withdrawn.
Uttam says that people are already laughing at him because of the situation. Mukul remains firm and insists that he take back the FIR before ending the call.
Uttam then asks Jigna to collect all the details about Sanyam.
Meanwhile, Karan tells Suchitra that Sonia secretly recorded the mock court session they had practised at home.
He explains that Sonia twisted the video and made it go viral against them.
Suchitra says Sonia did the wrong thing. She then comes up with a plan to retrieve the original video from Sonia’s laptop by distracting her.
Karan appreciates the idea.
He then says that Sanyam is also behaving differently these days, just like Juhi.
Suchitra says that both of them need some time. She feels they should be allowed to take their own time to deal with everything.
Meanwhile, Jigna meets the doctor and asks him to withdraw the case against Sanyam.
The doctor refuses and says that Sanyam will not spare him. He tells Uttam that he needs to take responsibility for his safety.
Later, Sanyam returns home and notices that his room is open.
He enters and finds Deshraj there.
Deshraj tells him that his suspension has been revoked.
Sanyam, who has been drinking wine, becomes angry. He tells Deshraj that he first got him suspended through a fake case and is now pretending to be nice to him.
Sanyam asks Deshraj to leave.
Deshraj quietly walks away.
Soon after, Suchitra calls Sanyam.
Sanyam goes to meet her at a café, but he is still drunk. To hide his condition, he wears sunglasses and keeps chewing gum.
When he meets Suchitra, she asks him why he is avoiding Juhi.
Sanyam simply says that he is busy.
Suchitra points out that despite being busy, he came when she called him.
She then gives him the halwa she prepared for him.
Suchitra tells Sanyam that Juhi has always considered them her friends. She explains that because Juhi is autistic, she never had friends in the way others did.
For the first time, Juhi found a true friend in Sanyam.
Suchitra questions why Sanyam is now walking away from their friendship. She advises him to resolve his differences with Juhi instead of destroying their bond.
Sanyam silently listens to her.
The next day, Juhi places her sunflowers where they can receive more sunlight.
Looking at them, she says that maybe she cannot become a good lawyer, but she knows she is a good friend. She then asks the sunflowers whether they trust her.
Just then, the doctor approaches Juhi.
He tells her that he trusts her but is being threatened to withdraw the case.
The doctor then asks whether Juhi will take up his case and try to get Sanyam suspended if he shows her the evidence against him.
Juhi immediately says that Sanyam cannot have done it.
The doctor asks her to meet him at 5 p.m. to see the evidence against Sanyam.
He then leaves, leaving Juhi confused and worried about what the evidence could reveal.
