The episode begins with Aarambhi standing before the Ganesh idol and thinking about her divorce.
She decides that the divorce will happen, but only on her terms. Aarambhi also makes up her mind that she will take Vihaan with her.
Later, Aarambhi goes to Vihaan’s room and finds Dhruv playing with him.
Vihaan happily hugs Aarambhi before leaving for work.
Dhruv tells Aarambhi that Vihaan did not hear anything because he was wearing headphones.
Aarambhi sends Vihaan to check whether breakfast is ready. Vihaan agrees and leaves.
Dhruv then warns Aarambhi that Vihaan may not have heard anything today because of his headphones, but tomorrow he could learn about Vishwas’s actions.
Aarambhi asks what he means.
Dhruv explains that it seems there is tension between Aarambhi and Vishwas, and Vihaan will soon realise what is happening.
Vihaan returns and tells Aarambhi that the sandwich is ready.
He asks Dhruv to get off the bed, reminding him that Aarambhi will scold him if he eats while sitting on the bed.
Dhruv agrees and moves to the couch.
Meanwhile, a mafia don arrives at Neo Pulse Hospital after being shot in the back.
His goons refuse to let Manmeet treat him, claiming that the mafia don does not like being touched by women.
Raj is about to treat the patient, but Manmeet stops him. She says that she is the senior doctor at the hospital and will handle the case herself.
Manmeet pushes the goons aside and begins treating the injured mafia don.
Seeing her courage, Raj thinks that Manmeet is strong enough to confront dangerous goons.
However, he cannot understand why she does not stand up to Sunny when he hits her.
Meanwhile, Manju thanks God and prays for Aarambhi’s life to improve.
Balbir tells her that they should also thank DC for always standing by Aarambhi.
He points out that Vishwas should be the person supporting Aarambhi, but it is actually DC who has been there for her.
Manju objects to the comparison. She argues that DC should not be compared with Vishwas because Vishwas is Aarambhi’s husband.
Back in Vihaan’s room, Vihaan asks Aarambhi to eat the sandwich.
Aarambhi says that she is not hungry.
Dhruv suggests that they make a smiley sandwich for her. Vihaan agrees.
Later, Vihaan brings the smiley sandwich to Aarambhi and asks her to eat it.
However, Aarambhi still refuses.
Dhruv then makes a comment about her refusal.
Meanwhile, Manju asks Balbir to stop comparing Vishwas with Dhruv.
Balbir criticises Vishwas and says that even after it was proved that he was wrong, he has not apologised even once.
Manju asks how Balbir can expect Vishwas to apologise to him when Vishwas is their son-in-law.
Balbir replies that he expects an apology because Vishwas made a mistake. He also comments on Vishwas’s behaviour.
Balbir then says that he feels safe leaving Aarambhi in the Tandon house because DC is there to support her.
He leaves after making his point.
Meanwhile, Dhruv comes up with another idea.
He makes Vihaan hold Aarambhi down while he feeds her the sandwich.
Dimple happens to walk past Vihaan’s room and witnesses the entire scene.
She then tells Aarambhi that she wants to speak to her privately.
Dimple goes to her room, and Aarambhi follows her.
Dimple asks Aarambhi what DC means to her and questions why he is feeding her food.
Aarambhi is confused and asks what Dimple is trying to say.
Dimple tells her that if she had any shame, she would have understood the situation herself.
She says that she can tolerate a rude daughter-in-law, but she cannot tolerate a characterless daughter-in-law.
Meanwhile, Vishwas lashes out at Avantika for involving Mona in the entire matter.
Avantika defends Mona and reminds Vishwas that Mona was on a date when everything happened.
She says Mona could not have given the pen drive to the police.
Avantika also asks Vishwas what Mona would possibly gain by doing all of this.
Vishwas says that he does not care.
He then tells Avantika that she needs to leave the house because Sunil is angry with her.
Vishwas shows Avantika the way out, leaving her with no choice but to leave.
