The episode begins with Anjali receiving a phone call from a mysterious woman. The woman tells Anjali that she wants to meet her. Anjali argues with her and expresses frustration about losing the elections. She also makes it clear that she does not wish to meet her. However, the mysterious woman insists that she will meet Anjali anyway and mentions that she has a gift for her before abruptly ending the call.
Soon after, Pankaj asks Anjali what she is doing. He questions what kind of advocate she is and wonders why she is sitting in front of a typewriter doing such work. Anjali explains that she does not have money to buy medicine for Ganesh, which is why she is forced to do this job. Pankaj offers to help her financially, but Anjali refuses. She says that his willingness to help means a lot, but she does not want to accept anyone’s charity.
Later, Anjali tries to feed Ganesh, but he refuses to eat. She recalls her election defeat and, in frustration, tells him to stop talking. She angrily says that she lost the elections so he could stay alive. Padma reminds Anjali that Ganesh is her father. Realizing her mistake, Anjali apologizes and gently feeds him.
After some time, Anjali receives another call, this time from Raghav. He asks her whether she remembers the challenge between them. Anjali recalls that if she had won the elections, Raghav would have given up his law degree. However, since she lost, she now has to work as a maid in the Rajput house.
Raghav then instructs Anjali to come to the Rajput house the day after tomorrow and work there as a maid. He mocks her for losing the elections and mentions that there will be a celebration at the house that day, warning her not to attend it. He further insults her by saying that even dogs, beggars, and members of the Awasti family are not allowed inside the house. Furious, Anjali shouts at him, but Raghav coldly tells her to lower her voice since she has already lost before disconnecting the call.
Meanwhile, Gini questions Raghav, asking why she is allowed to stay in the house when she also belongs to the Awasti family. Raghav replies that she may desire Abhay, but she will never be able to have him. He adds that they will hunt Anjali like prey.
Back at home, Padma asks Anjali who called her. Anjali replies that it was Raghav and reveals that he ordered her to work as a maid in his house. Padma questions how he can make the daughter-in-law of the same house work as a maid. Anjali responds that after Aman’s death, all her ties with the Rajput family have ended.
Meanwhile, Raghav organizes a grand party to celebrate Dharamraj Ahuja’s election victory. However, the celebration is interrupted when Ramesh Bhai Patel suddenly arrives at the venue.
Dharamraj asks Ramesh to introduce himself. Ramesh confidently states his name and declares that whenever evil tries to overpower good, he will always stand by the side of righteousness. Hearing this, the Rajvanshi family angrily orders him to leave the premises.
