The episode begins with Anjali confronting Rupa Rani, demanding the truth about what happened on the day Padma was murdered. Rupa Rani denies any knowledge and attempts to leave, but Anjali’s friends block her path. Anjali firmly tells her she won’t be allowed to go until she reveals the truth.
Rupa Rani warns Anjali not to interfere, boasting that she’s well-connected. She claims to know a police inspector and also mentions her association with Chandrabhan Thakur. She repeats her warning, insisting that she has already informed Chandrabhan about everything. Meanwhile, Anjali records their entire conversation on video.
Anjali says, “So, you know Chandrabhan Thakur,” and adds that she now has solid evidence, which she will use in court at the right time. Rupa Rani storms out. The people in the colony ask Anjali about her next step. She replies, “We’ll wait for Padma to recover. Then I’ll speak to her directly.”
Meanwhile, at the hospital, a nurse informs Nurse Ratna that “Sir” is calling her. Ratna says she needs to start Padma’s antibiotics, but the nurse offers to handle it and insists Ratna go. As soon as Ratna leaves, Chandrabhan’s henchman arrives and—along with the nurse—secretly swaps the real medicine with poison.
Ratna returns and questions the nurse, “Why did you say Sir was calling me? He’s not even in the cabin.” Suspicious, she grabs the injection and heads toward Padma’s room. At the same time, the henchman calls Chandrabhan and says, “Padma will be dead in five minutes.” Chandrabhan smirks and thinks to himself, “Padma’s story ends today—next is Raghav.”
Just as Ratna is about to inject the saline with the poisoned medicine, Anjali intervenes. She stops Ratna and urges her to verify the injection against the prescription. Ratna insists she’s using the correct medicine, but Anjali pushes her to double-check. After comparing it, Ratna is shocked to find that the dosage is dangerously high and could kill Padma.
Anjali demands to know who gave her the injection. Ratna replies that she simply came to administer the antibiotics and has no idea how the medicine got swapped.
Immediately, Anjali calls Pankaj and questions the level of security around Padma. When he asks what happened, she tells him that there was no police guard outside Padma’s room and that a lethal injection was nearly administered—only her timely intervention saved Padma’s life. Pankaj is stunned into silence.
Anjali expresses her disappointment, saying she expected better from him and accuses him of compromising his integrity. Angrily, Pankaj retorts, “You can’t defame an honest officer like me,” and threatens to file a case against her. Anjali fires back, refusing to back down.
