The episode begins with Aarti pleading with Anjali over the phone, asking her not to take the Rajyavanshi family to the police station. Anjali firmly tells Aarti not to interfere, insisting that the murderer of her husband lives in that house. She accuses the Rajyavanshi family, saying the vehicle that hit Aman belongs to them.
Aarti tries to calm her down, saying it was just an accident and that she has checked all the documents. But Anjali refuses to believe her, claiming it was murder and that she saw Yuvraj with her own eyes. Desperate, Aarti warns Anjali that if she goes ahead with the complaint, she will end her own life. Shocked, Anjali asks what she means, but Aarti continues speaking emotionally and hands the phone to Ved.
Ved tries to reason with Anjali, reminding her that she is Aarti’s mother and that it won’t look right if she destroys her daughter’s happiness. Anjali argues back, saying Ved is already married to Kali and that she won’t let him ruin Aarti’s life. Ved explains that his marriage to Kali was fake, but Anjali refuses to believe him and threatens to drag him to court. Raghav then takes the phone and challenges Anjali, saying he will ensure Aarti wins the case.
Aarti takes the phone from Raghav and makes a sharp comment to Anjali. Anjali turns to Pankaj and tells him to leave with her. When Pankaj asks what’s going on, she tells him that Aarti is on the other end of the call and walks away with him. Uday tells his family confidently that Aarti will make them win the case.
Aarti hugs Ved in relief, and Sadhika, who witnesses the moment, thinks that Raghav doesn’t even need to go to court because Aarti herself can handle Anjali.
Later, Anjali calls Pankaj again, saying she has an idea. She tells him that everyone is focused on the case details — who owns the truck, who died, and who was paralyzed — but they have all forgotten about the driver. She asks Pankaj to find out if the driver is still alive. Pankaj confirms that the driver is alive and promises to check the records and get back to her.
Meanwhile, Sadhika arrives at Anjali’s house. Surprised, Anjali asks why she’s there. Sadhika replies that not only she, but Raghav and Abhay have also come to deliver an invitation. Raghav tells Anjali it’s the engagement invitation of Ved and Aarti and invites her to attend.
Anjali becomes furious, declaring that as Aarti’s mother, she will decide whom her daughter will marry. Sadhika laughs at her statement and asks what responsibilities Anjali has ever fulfilled as a mother. Anjali retorts that she gave birth to Aarti, to which Sadhika responds sarcastically.
Anjali then angrily announces that she will never allow the engagement to take place and threatens to bring the police. Sadhika immediately calls Aarti and tells her that Anjali is refusing to let the engagement happen. She asks Anjali to repeat it to Aarti directly, but Anjali remains silent. Sadhika mocks her silence and asks why she’s not speaking now.
At that moment, Kali intervenes, saying she will inform Aarti herself. Kali declares that as long as she is alive, she won’t let Ved and Aarti’s marriage happen. Aarti responds sharply to Kali’s words. Anjali scolds Aarti, asking her to speak respectfully. Sadhika confronts Anjali again, asking if she’s doing all this because she couldn’t have Abhay.
Abhay ends the call, telling Sadhika to drop the matter. The Rajput family, disgusted by Anjali’s behavior, pass remarks about her and leave the place.
