Today’s episode begins with Digvijay noticing that Anupama’s leg has swollen. Prem and Rahi immediately step in to help her.
Meanwhile, Gautam provokes Shruti by pointing out that both Prem and Rahi are now supporting Anupama. His words leave Shruti worried.
As Rahi is about to leave, Anupama stops her. Kinjal asks the Shah family to let Anupama rest and tells Rahi to inform them if anything is needed.
Rahi asks Anupama to take proper rest, but Anupama insists that she is fine.
Seeing Anupama’s condition, Digvijay questions God for making her suffer so much. He prays that she finally gets happiness, saying he will continue questioning God until that happens.
Rahi reminds Anupama that the doctor has strictly advised her not to stand. Anupama thanks both Rahi and Prem for helping her.
Rahi feels guilty and says she has made many mistakes, yet Anupama continues to thank her. Anupama clears her misunderstanding and assures her that she holds nothing against her.
Once again, Rahi urges Anupama to rest. However, Anupama says she cannot back out because she is determined to win the competition.
Meanwhile, Paritosh and Pakhi secretly hope Anupama recovers soon so she can win the competition, knowing they will benefit from her success.
Rahi tells Anupama that Prem is a good person but has become distracted lately. She believes everything will return to normal after the competition ends.
Anupama explains that she wants to win the competition, not to defeat Prem, but to build a home for her daughters. She says she is ready to face every challenge to achieve her dream.
Anupama asks Rahi to tell Prem that he will get many more opportunities to defeat her, but she will not give up this time.
Rahi admits she was happy to see Anupama reach the finale, but she has promised to support Prem. She requests Anupama not to risk her health for the sake of a house, saying she wants her mother more than anything else.
After saying this, Rahi returns to Prem. Left alone, Anupama prays to God to set everything right.
Later, Digvijay asks Rahi to give Anupama her medicine. Rahi requests him to do it instead and thanks him for taking such good care of Anupama.
She tells Digvijay that he is doing everything for Anupama that even her own children failed to do. Digvijay asks Rahi to take care of herself and message Anupama after reaching home.
Digvijay gives Anupama her medicine. Anupama says she somehow wants to stand on her own feet by the next day.
Elsewhere, Shruti scolds Prem for helping Anupama. She reminds him that she has invested heavily in his café.
When Rahi returns home, Shruti complains that she is more worried about Anupama than the competition.
Rahi hits back, saying a real mother does not constantly remind her children of her sacrifices. She praises Anupama instead.
Prem decides that after winning the competition, he will return Shruti’s investment in the café so she can no longer control their lives.
Khyati points out that Shruti herself is making mistakes that are costing the team valuable points, yet she continues to pressure Prem.
Gautam laughs at Shruti, leaving her embarrassed. Shruti then decides to change her strategy so she can remain close to Rahi.
Meanwhile, at the Shah house, Ishani, Mahi, Prerna, and Pakhi get into a heated argument.
Leela blames Prerna for instigating the fight, but Prerna defends herself.
Just then, Anupama arrives and is shocked to find the entire family fighting.
