Anupama prays to God, asking Him to bless her children with happiness and place all sorrow in her own destiny. Meanwhile, Rahi asks Prem to promise that he will never take her back to Mumbai. Concerned, Prem asks what’s bothering her. Rahi admits something is troubling her, and when Prem wonders if it’s the past haunting her, she hugs him silently.
Leela questions Prarthana about the doctor’s diagnosis. Kinjal explains that Prarthana has been consuming excessive coffee, leading to acidity and vomiting. Leela advises her to take better care of her health and warns that the Kotharis might raise objections. She further suggests Prarthana should consider moving out soon.
Anupama dozes off while riding the metro. Elsewhere, Prem asks Rahi if she’s certain about not wanting to return. Rahi firmly says she never wants to go back to Mumbai. When Prem asks if something specific happened, she refuses to elaborate. He starts to suspect something occurred while he was on a call.
In the metro, Anupama encounters a woman who suddenly accuses her of killing her son. Anupama is stunned, believing the woman is Khyati, blaming her for Aryan’s death. Khyati curses Anupama, claiming that just as Anupama took Aryan from her, now her own daughter will be taken from her too.
Meanwhile, Prarthana discovers she is pregnant. Ansh urges her not to stress. Prarthana fears that once the Kotharis learn of her pregnancy, they will prevent her from divorcing Gautam. Ansh reassures her and promises support. Prarthana pleads with him to keep her pregnancy a secret.
Parag questions Prem about why Rahi didn’t visit Manohar. Prem explains that she wasn’t feeling well. Rahi politely asks Parag to look after his health. Parag shares that Manohar will soon visit Ahmedabad. Observing Rahi’s behavior, Prem senses she isn’t chasing dreams, but rather running away from something.
Anupama hopes that Prem and Rahi stay together forever. Bharti confronts Anupama about skipping a meeting with Manohar and says her friend is hurt. Anupama decides to apologize to Bharti’s friend. Bharti urges her to calm down. In response, Anupama offers to prepare tea.
Bharti and Jaspreet discuss the Vat Savitri fast, prompting Anupama to recall memories of Anuj. A young girl then approaches Anupama and asks for help draping a sari.
Rahi decides to observe the fast for Prem and the two make a promise to remain together forever. However, Rahi starts thinking about Mahi and blames Anupama for disrupting their celebrations. Later, Pari and Rahi talk about the fast. When Pari learns that Rahi met Anupama, Rahi avoids talking about it.
Gautam finds out about Prarthana’s pregnancy and begins to question whether the baby is his or Ansh’s. Prarthana, meanwhile, resolves to keep the child and go through with the pregnancy. Ansh pledges his full support. Prarthana, missing Anupama, reflects on her absence.
Anupama feels that both Rahi and Mahi hold her responsible for their unhappiness. She once again prays to God, asking Him to bless both of them.
