Hasmuk tells Anupama that next year they will celebrate Janmashtami in her new house. Just then, Paritosh receives a message.
He shows the news to Anupama. The report reveals that Mathela Builders have committed fraud and run away with the clients’ down payments.
Hasmuk asks Anupama whether Mathela Builders are the same builders with whom she booked her house.
Anupama is shocked. She immediately checks the receipt and documents with the Shah family.
Anupama explains that the builder gave her the papers but never provided the agreement. She wonders how the builder could simply run away after taking their money.
She becomes emotional while talking about the struggles of a common person who dreams of building a house. Anupama questions why builders fail to understand how difficult it is for ordinary people to arrange such a large amount of money.
Anupama regrets signing the papers without properly investigating the builder. She blames herself for trusting him and falling into the trap.
She reveals that she earned the five lakh rupees with great difficulty. Losing the money leaves her completely shattered.
