Today’s episode begins with Ansh worrying about Anupama’s injury. Anupama gets upset with Ishu for informing everyone about her wound.
Ansh expresses concern for her health, but Anupama is more worried about Prerna because of Pakhi and Leela. She says neither of them will ever change.
Ansh admits that he doesn’t want to leave the family, but Leela constantly reminds everyone that the house belongs to her and they must live by her rules. He feels this is unfair.
He says Leela often takes advantage of her age, while if Prerna behaved the same way, she would immediately be labeled ill-mannered.
Ansh assures Anupama that Prerna only spoke about money in anger. Anupama says that if she wins the competition, she will divide the prize money equally among everyone.
Ansh hugs Anupama and asks her to rest. However, Anupama insists that she is fine and remains determined to win the competition.
Meanwhile, Leela asks Anupama to first eat prashad and drink kadha. Prerna apologizes to Leela for raising her voice and behaving rudely.
Kinjal requests Leela to forgive Prerna and praises her. Hasmuk also supports Prerna.
Pakhi points out that everyone is busy with family drama while no one is talking about the competition. She worries about how Anupama will cook with her injured hand.
Paritosh reminds everyone that Anupama got hurt while saving Pari. Just then, a glass slips from Anupama’s hand, but Digvijay catches it in time.
Digvijay asks if her pain has reduced. Anupama says she has tried everything, but the pain is still there. Even so, she vows to win the competition at any cost.
Later, the host introduces all three teams. Anil notices Anupama’s injured hand and mentions it to Vasundhara.
Vasundhara says Pari had already told her that Anupama is still in pain. Meanwhile, Gautam believes Anupama’s performance will be affected because of her injury.
Paritosh worries about Anupama, while Pakhi prays for the first time for someone else’s well-being. She asks God to heal Anupama’s hand.
The host announces the knockout round. Paritosh tells Pakhi that Kinjal and Ishani will have to work twice as hard because Anupama cannot use her injured hand properly.
Ansh asks both Pakhi and Paritosh to remain quiet.
Meanwhile, Manpreet asks Anupama about her injury. Anupama admits that she has hurt her hand.
Shruti confidently says Prem will easily win because Anupama is injured. Prem replies that he would have defeated her even if she had been completely fit.
Anupama assures everyone that she will still compete despite her injury. She compares herself to countless homemakers who continue cooking every day despite pain and pressure.
Manpreet accuses Anupama of pretending to be injured to gain the audience’s sympathy. Sikander and Roy immediately defend her.
Prem also supports Anupama, confirming that her injury is genuine. He even offers to provide CCTV footage as proof.
Pari also stands by Anupama. Prem then tells Rahi not to misunderstand him. He says he only wants Anupama to stay in the competition because he wants to defeat her fairly in front of everyone.
Digvijay asks Manpreet to apologize for calling Anupama a liar. At first, Manpreet refuses, saying she will not apologize to a contestant.
Digvijay reminds her that the show is being broadcast live and the audience may react negatively to her behavior. Left with no choice, Manpreet apologizes.
However, she tells Anupama not to play the victim or use the woman card. Anupama calmly replies that she has no intention of seeking sympathy. She says she has come only to win the competition.
Everyone applauds Anupama’s confidence.
Towards the end, the host announces the next challenge. He reveals that each team must prepare two dishes while the teammates remain handcuffed together.
