Rahi wonders if Manohar is ignoring her calls because he’s busy, so she decides to cook to distract herself. Meanwhile, Tarun accuses Anupama of stealing money. He goes on to allege that she also took gold and silver while Manohar was away. Anupama tries to defend herself and urges Tarun to accompany her to the hospital so they can inform the doctors about Manohar’s medical history. Instead, Tarun accuses her of hiding the property documents. Anupama pleads with him to help save Manohar’s life, warning that he could die. In a shocking response, Tarun coldly says that Manohar should die. Stunned, Anupama grabs Manohar’s medicines and rushes to the hospital. When Tarun tries to stop her by grabbing her hand, she silences him with a fierce stare. Tarun fumes in anger.
Elsewhere, Rahi tells Prem that Manohar isn’t answering her calls and expresses her desire to learn dance from him. Prem suggests she move to Mumbai to pursue it. Rahi refuses, and when Prem asks why, she avoids the question. A heated argument follows.
At home, Hasmuk searches for money. Kinjal, in tears, tells Hasmuk and Leela that Paritosh might have taken it. Leela comforts her while Hasmuk reflects on the situation and says it’s a blessing that Anupama is no longer there to witness this.
At the hospital, Anupama hands over Manohar’s medicine to the doctor. When asked about her relationship with Manohar, she replies that though he has a son, he is practically alone. She urges the doctor to do everything possible to save him. The doctor assures her they will try their best.
Back at home, Bharti and Preet wait for Anupama. Preet praises Anupama’s kindness, and Bharti agrees, saying it’s good to see that someone still has a heart. Just then, Anupama returns, only to be confronted by a police inspector. The inspector announces that Tarun has accused her of stealing or hiding Manohar’s property papers. Shocked, Anupama stands speechless as Bharti, Preet, and Savita try to defend her. Despite their pleas, the inspector begins dragging Anupama away. As she is being taken out, Anupama is haunted by memories from her past.
Elsewhere, Paritosh assures a friend that he will soon arrange more money and hands him some cash as a partial payment. He wonders how the Kotharis found out about him. Just then, a LIC agent bumps into Paritosh and inquires about Anupama, informing him that her insurance policy has matured. Seeing an opportunity, Paritosh lies and claims to be her son, then takes the agent to their home.
Meanwhile, Anupama tries to convince the inspector of her innocence, insisting that she hasn’t stolen anything. Tarun remains adamant, insisting that she deserves to be punished. The inspector then shows Anupama a video—leaving her completely shocked.
