The episode begins with Balbir telling Aarambhi to wear a red saree.
Aarambhi tells him that she is performing the pooja only for Vihaan and then leaves.
Balbir prays to Goddess Lakshmi on Aarambhi’s behalf. He hopes that she will soon get a chance to meet Vihaan.
Meanwhile, Vihaan asks Avantika why she brought him to the hospital.
Avantika tells Vishwas that it is necessary. She then asks him whether he wants to take revenge on Aarambhi.
Vishwas says yes.
Avantika asks Vishwas to come with her.
Later, Raj arrives at the hospital and runs into Manmeet.
Manmeet accidentally drops her documents, and Raj helps her pick them up.
While helping her, Raj notices bruises on Manmeet’s hand and neck.
Manmeet advises Raj not to treat patients for a few days because he has been through a lot and might make a mistake.
Raj gives her the same advice and points out that he can see her bruises.
Manmeet remains silent.
Raj then leaves.
Vishwas and Avantika enter Vishwas’s cabin.
Raj does not notice them and goes to check on a patient.
Meanwhile, Balbir approaches Aarambhi and asks whether he should speak to Vishwas.
Aarambhi says there is no point because she has already spoken to him, but he refused to listen.
She tells Balbir that nobody can separate her from Vihaan.
Aarambhi makes it clear that she will even go against Vishwas if it is necessary for Vihaan.
Balbir asks her why she is thinking so negatively.
He advises Aarambhi to talk to Vishwas again and says that Vishwas will eventually accept her.
Aarambhi agrees, and Balbir leaves.
Aarambhi then thinks about how Vishwas has always wanted to divorce her so that he could be with Avantika.
She wonders what he is planning next.
Meanwhile, a lawyer arrives at Vishwas’s cabin and hands him the divorce papers.
The lawyer explains that he prepared the papers at Avantika’s request.
He also tells Vishwas that Avantika informed him about Aarambhi allegedly creating a fake video and sending it to the police, which resulted in their arrest.
The lawyer says they were later acquitted after the false charges against them were dropped.
Vishwas asks Avantika about his family.
Avantika assures him that she will handle everything.
She claims that his family also hates Aarambhi now.
Elsewhere, Aarambhi worries about whether Vihaan has eaten his food.
She then receives a video from DC.
In the video, Dhruv convinces Vihaan to eat by using Aarambhi’s name.
He then feeds Vihaan himself.
Aarambhi feels guilty for suspecting Dhruv.
She realises that she may have misunderstood him and thinks that a good person like him could never do such a thing.
Aarambhi messages Dhruv to thank him.
However, she wonders why Vishwas is not taking care of Vihaan and why Dhruv has to do it instead.
Meanwhile, the lawyer tells Avantika that he will leave after handing over the divorce papers to Vishwas.
He then leaves.
Avantika tells Vishwas that this is the right time to divorce Aarambhi.
Vishwas agrees with her and decides to divorce Aarambhi.
