Dr. Aarambhi Today Episode 13 August 2026
The episode begins with Avanthika pretending to request the social workers to stop creating a scene outside the Tandon house. She tells them that they have already damaged the family’s reputation and that the punishment has gone too far.
The social workers understand Avanthika’s signal and stop their protest. However, before leaving, they deliberately praise Aarambhi and make the Tandon family believe that Aarambhi was behind the entire drama.
Avanthika then pretends to support Dimple, while Nandita blames Aarambhi for humiliating the family. Sunil becomes furious and walks away. Avanthika secretly feels satisfied, thinking that Mona’s plan has worked perfectly. She believes the Tandon family will now turn against Aarambhi and support Vishwas’s decision to divorce her.
Dadi Confronts Dhruv
Meanwhile, Dadi refuses to take her medicine. Dhruv desperately asks her not to punish herself for his mistake.
Dadi becomes angry and blames Dhruv for creating problems in Aarambhi’s life. She warns him that his fight is against the Tandon family, not Aarambhi. Dhruv explains that everything happened accidentally and that he never intended to frame Aarambhi or make her the culprit.
Dadi refuses to accept his excuses and orders him to correct his mistake.
Just then, Aarambhi arrives and asks what happened. Dhruv explains that Dadi is refusing to take her medicine. Aarambhi requests Dadi to open the door and tells her not to punish herself because of Dhruv’s mistake.
Dadi finally opens the door and emotionally hugs Aarambhi.
Aarambhi asks Dadi to take her medicine and tells her that she missed her. Dadi then complains about Dhruv and says that he has still not corrected his mistake.
Dhruv promises to resolve everything.
However, Aarambhi defends him. She tells Dadi that Dhruv is actually a good person who has helped her many times. He tried to protect her and even fed Vihaan when she was not around.
Aarambhi gives Dadi her medicine. Dhruv then tells Aarambhi that she can always ask him for help and that he will support her.
Aarambhi thanks him but says that he has already helped her enough. She believes this is her problem and that she must deal with it herself. She then leaves.
Dadi once again warns Dhruv that she cannot watch Aarambhi suffer and makes him promise to fix everything.
Soon, Dhruv receives information about the social workers and realizes that the situation is becoming more complicated.
Dimple Supports Vishwas
Meanwhile, Dimple calls Manju and blames Aarambhi for destroying the Tandon family’s reputation.
She tells Manju that she will never allow Aarambhi to return to the family and openly supports Vishwas’s decision to divorce her. Dimple also reveals that Aarambhi may sign the divorce agreement the following day.
Avanthika is delighted to hear this because everything appears to be going according to her plan.
Manju Threatens Suicide
Later, Aarambhi is desperately thinking about how to resolve her problems when she suddenly notices Manju attempting to take her own life.
Aarambhi immediately intervenes and manages to stop her.
The neighbours gather around and begin blaming Aarambhi for Manju’s condition. Manju herself accuses Aarambhi and demands that she apologise to the Tandon family.
She insists that Aarambhi must admit her mistake and make peace with Vishwas’s family.
Aarambhi realizes that her mother still does not know the truth about Vishwas’s betrayal. Manju continues supporting Vishwas and believes Aarambhi is responsible for everything.
When Manju threatens to take the drastic step again, Aarambhi finally gives in.
She tells her mother that nothing is more important to her than Manju’s life and agrees to do what her mother wants.
The episode ends with Aarambhi trapped between protecting her mother and fighting for her own truth, while Avanthika’s plan appears to be moving closer to success.
