The episode begins with Vishwas asking Aarambhi what is wrong with accepting dowry. Aarambhi firmly replies that the problem is people are measuring relationships with money. She argues that no matter what name he gives it, dowry is still a crime.
Vishwas mocks Aarambhi for making such a big issue out of dowry. He asks whether his family demanded dowry from her. Aarambhi confidently replies that if they had, she would never have married him.
Vishwas explains that the family is going through a financial crisis and desperately needs money. Aarambhi says they should work hard instead of taking dowry.
Mocking her again, Vishwas says they need ₹100 crore and asks if she has ever even seen that much money. Aarambhi argues with Vishwas and Dimple, declaring that she will do everything possible to stop her family from committing the crime of taking dowry.
She decides to tell Raj the truth and heads toward the door. However, Sunil stops her before she can leave.
Sunil reveals that he overheard the entire conversation. He openly admits that the family accepted money from Naira’s parents.
He warns Aarambhi that if she continues creating problems, he will lock her inside the room until the wedding is over. Shocked by his threat, Aarambhi watches as the Tandon family leaves. She silently vows that she will not let the wedding happen under these circumstances.
Meanwhile, a tea vendor arrives at the police station with an envelope. He tells a constable that a woman wearing a hoodie handed it to him and asked him to deliver it to the police.
The constable and the police inspector open the envelope and watch a video showing Sunil discussing the ₹100 crore dowry with Naira’s parents.
After verifying that the video is genuine, the police decide to stop Raj and Naira’s wedding because it is a dowry-related case.
Elsewhere, Balbir and Manju arrive at the Tandon house. Balbir notices that no family member has come to welcome the guests.
Dhruv greets Aarambhi’s parents and explains that he helped Aarambhi with all the wedding decorations.
When Balbir asks why no one was there to receive them, Dhruv says Aarambhi is busy making the rangoli and has not even had time to get ready.
Soon, Aarambhi and Vihaan come to meet Balbir. After a brief conversation, Dhruv leaves.
Manju tells Aarambhi that she should have gotten ready and come downstairs earlier. Balbir notices that Aarambhi looks worried and asks if something is wrong.
Aarambhi tries to hide her feelings and says everything is fine. However, Vihaan reveals that Aarambhi is upset because Vishwas made an inappropriate comment.
Curious, Balbir asks what Vishwas said. Vihaan reveals that Vishwas claimed accepting dowry was a good thing. Balbir is left shocked by the revelation.
