The episode begins with Parashar assuring Nutan that Jhanak won’t die. He pleads with Jhanak to open her eyes and look at them, but she remains unresponsive, leaving everyone shocked. Nutan anxiously asks why Jhanak isn’t saying anything. Parashar remains silent.
Meanwhile, Rishi tells Aditi that he feels responsible for her anxiety and stress, and it’s his duty to help her recover. He admits he wants to overcome his guilt. Putul tries to comfort them, saying time will heal everything. Indumati offers to bring food for Aditi, but Aditi declines, saying she doesn’t feel like eating.
Just then, Mangal and Veer arrive and introduce themselves, surprising everyone when they reveal they’re from Simulboni. Aditi immediately tries to leave, but Rishi stops her, offering to drop her off. He then lashes out at the villagers for coming to his house. Aditi insists he let her go and walks away. Rishi confronts the villagers, asking if they came for money. He tells his family that these villagers forced him into marrying Jhanak.
Mangal explains they came because Jhanak is on her deathbed and that Rishi didn’t answer Parashar’s call. Rishi coldly replies that Jhanak means nothing to him. Veer tells them Jhanak is in critical condition. When Dadabhai asks about the doctor’s update, Veer says they don’t know yet, but questions whether Rishi won’t even come to see her. Rishi refuses to go. Veer insists that even if Rishi is busy, he should meet Jhanak, who keeps muttering about “Mukhiyaji.” Dadabhai recalls Jhanak used to call Rishi by that name.
Rishi instructs Abhimanyu to give the villagers money and send them away. However, Mangal refuses the offer, stating they only came to inform them about Jhanak’s condition, and the villagers leave.
Later, Abhimanyu tells Dadabhai he doesn’t need to go see Jhanak. Indumati warns that Rishi will be furious if he finds out. Tanushri adds that Aditi would also disapprove. But Dadabhai insists that anything can happen to Jhanak, and he must go. Putul offers to accompany him. Neelu tries to stop Dadabhai, saying he shouldn’t go to Simulboni.
Dadabhai responds that if Jhanak isn’t getting proper treatment, he’ll bring her to the city. Neelu counters that her concern is only for Rishi. Dadabhai accuses them of losing their humanity. Tanushri argues they shouldn’t care about villagers who ruined Rishi’s life. Dadabhai stands firm, saying he’s made his decision. Surjo tells Putul to drive, but Dadabhai says he’ll take the bus or train.
Rishi then returns and asks what’s going on. Putul tells him she’s accompanying Dadabhai to visit Jhanak. Dadabhai tells Rishi that Jhanak is calling out their names on her deathbed and that he needs to see her. Rishi dismisses the idea, saying nothing will change even if he goes.
