The episode opens with Naina jolting awake from a disturbing nightmare about Tejas’s threat. Distressed, she cries out, “Tejas will come back. I don’t want to go with him.” Her parents rush to comfort her, assuring her of their support. Observing her shaken state, UV comments that she appears deeply traumatized. Katha tries to console Naina, reassuring her that no one can forcibly take her away, and adds that relationships built under pressure rarely survive. As she speaks, Katha glances at UV, silently reflecting on how her own bond with him is starting to feel similarly strained.
Just then, UV receives a call and steps out, citing an investors’ meeting. Meanwhile, Katha tells her Maama and Maami that she plans to take Naina to the Jindal house for her safety. They strongly object, arguing that it’s inappropriate for Naina to stay at her in-laws’ place. Naina herself is hesitant, but Katha insists, explaining that Tejas poses a serious threat and Naina is not safe there. She pleads with them to understand the danger and allow her to take Naina along. Despite their resistance, Katha remains firm in her decision and decides to ask UV for permission.
Katha approaches UV while he’s still discussing a business deal over the phone. She gently asks if he’s heading out, and he confirms he has a meeting with investors. She then brings up her plan to take Naina to the Jindal house, but UV responds curtly, reminding her that she had previously rejected his support. With cold detachment, he tells her to seek Eshwar’s permission instead, then walks away.
Wasting no time, Katha calls Eshwar and explains the situation. Eshwar warmly agrees, telling her that the Jindal house is hers too and she’s welcome to bring both Naina and her beloved saplings. Meanwhile, Mohan apologizes to UV for any inconvenience and invites him to visit again. UV, though appreciative of their kindness, internally acknowledges that while the people are good, his relationship with Katha is complicated—and he’s unsure if he’ll return. Before leaving with Sandy, he tells Mohan he’s leaving the car behind and asks that Katha be told to use it.
At the Jindal mansion, Charu asks Shikha if Ambika’s permission is needed for the dishes. Shikha says no. Just then, Ambika enters and scolds them, followed by Tai Ji, who asks Shikha to bring tea. Tai Ji also wonders aloud why Katha hasn’t returned yet, especially with the Raksha Bandhan festivities approaching.
A delivery man arrives with saplings, which Vinod receives. Chacha notices the plants and asks Katha if they belong to her collection. She confirms. The family is taken aback by the sheer number of saplings and murmurs among themselves, noting that UV doesn’t even like plants—yet Katha has brought so many. Vinod then welcomes Katha inside to begin the Raksha Bandhan celebrations.
Katha enters the house with Naina, but Ambika immediately disapproves, criticizing her for bringing both her sister and a tempo full of plants without informing anyone. Katha calmly explains that she took permission from Grandpa Eshwar. Tai Ji turns to Rukmini and asks if Eshwar mentioned anything. Rukmini replies that he did not. Ambika mocks Katha for using her paghphere visit as an excuse to bring her sister. Tai Ji then firmly declares that Naina cannot enter their house.
