The episode begins with Katha expressing her joy to Naina about finding Uv’s mother. Naina suggests calling Uv right away, but Katha wants to prepare a surprise birthday party for him, making the reunion with his mother, Sheetal Jindal, her special gift.
Meanwhile, Uv and his family are searching for his mother’s contact number, hoping for a reunion. Katha busies herself with the birthday preparations, thinking that Sheetal may have lost her memory, which is why she never returned. Uv considers telling Katha about his mother but stops, thinking, “Katha also suffers like me. If she meets my mother, it will feel like meeting her own.” Likewise, Katha feels a deep connection to Sheetal, as if she were her own mother.
Naina teases Katha while admiring the birthday arrangements. Katha wonders why Sheetal’s name was changed to Gayatri and suspects Arjun of lying. Later, she serves tea to Harshavardhan, noting that it tastes like Sheetal Maa’s tea, and questions why he didn’t stop her from leaving 20 years ago. Harshavardhan explains that he never got the chance—Sheetal left to pursue her dreams and he couldn’t find her despite searching. After he leaves, Katha realizes that an accident prevented Sheetal from returning, though the Jindal family believes she left by choice. She wonders why Arjun hid the truth. Naina asks Katha how she plans to tell Uv, and Katha says she will surprise him once he returns from Delhi.
Meanwhile, Arjun scolds the security team, ordering them not to let Katha into the house. He suspects his sister allowed her inside despite his warning. Katha calls Sheetal, asking her to meet and learn the truth about her past. When Sheetal questions what truth, Arjun snatches the phone. Katha urges Sheetal to meet her tomorrow to learn everything and warns her not to inform her brother. Enraged, Arjun breaks the phone, scolds Sheetal for speaking to Katha against his orders, and locks her in the room after warning her not to have any relationship with that girl.
Arjun realizes Katha has discovered the truth and plans to reunite Sheetal with her family, but he is determined to stop it due to his desire for revenge against the Jindals. Meanwhile, Katha tells Naina that she will meet Sheetal the next day, reveal the entire truth, and reunite her with her son. Arjun, however, is determined to prevent her from bringing Gayatri (Sheetal) back to the Jindals.
On another front, Uv’s brother, Party, calls him to inform that Sheetal is now an ad agency owner in Jaisalmer, but he couldn’t get her contact number. They decide to track her down in their own way. Meanwhile, Katha and Naina wait for Sheetal. Arjun instructs Manav and his men to move Sheetal to a location far from the city. Confronting him, Sheetal asks why she’s being shifted, and Arjun replies it’s for her safety. Secretly, Sheetal decides to meet Katha.
