The episode begins with Naina asking Katha why Sheetal hasn’t arrived yet. Katha tries calling her, but when she doesn’t answer, she decides to check on Gayatri by visiting her house. Meanwhile, Pratty heads to Maa Ka Achal to gather more information about Gayatri. Katha also reaches the same place, but despite being there, she and Pratty fail to spot each other. She then notices Gayatri leaving in a car and decides to follow her.
Pari meets Pratty and calls UV, informing him that Sheetal has assumed a new identity as Gayatri, and that it is Gayatri who owns the Maa Ka Achal brand. UV is shocked. Charu remarks that this proves Eshwar’s claim that Sheetal left her family, particularly UV, to fulfill her dreams. Shlok cautions her not to make assumptions, saying they don’t know the full truth and should learn it directly from Sheetal. UV agrees, asserting that his mother would never do anything wrong.
Meanwhile, Arjun arrives at UV’s café. Manav asks why he is there, and Arjun explains that Katha has discovered the truth about Gayatri but hasn’t informed UV yet. He plans to manipulate UV into believing that Gayatri chose her dreams over him, hoping UV will resent his mother and prevent Gayatri from returning to the Jindal house. He smirks at his plan.
Back on the road, Katha punctures Gayatri’s car tire and takes her with her. Supriya, realizing Gayatri is missing, begins searching for her. Shlok comforts UV, assuring him that they will find Sheetal and learn the truth. At that moment, UV receives a call, which Shlok answers. The caller introduces himself as Manav, PA to the owner of Maa Ka Achal, and says that his boss wants to meet UV. Thinking it’s Gayatri, UV agrees to meet him on the National Highway in 30 minutes. Arjun nods to Manav, confirming the plan.
Meanwhile, Katha reveals to Gayatri that her real identity is Sheetal Jindal. Confused, Gayatri asks if they are connected, and Katha confirms it. She explains that UV is Gayatri’s (Sheetal’s) husband and that she is her mother-in-law. Katha shows her a family photo of the Jindals and asks if she remembers anything, but Gayatri says she doesn’t.
On the highway, Arjun meets UV and lies, saying that Gayatri is busy and doesn’t meet anyone without an appointment. He tells UV that Gayatri sent him to propose a business deal, leaving UV heartbroken. Back at Katha’s place, Katha shows Gayatri her cooking diary and explains UV’s efforts to preserve her memories and honor her dreams. She also shows UV’s latest photo, which moves Gayatri emotionally. Meanwhile, Arjun tells UV that he will ask Gayatri’s secretary to schedule an appointment for him, leaving UV even more devastated.
