The episode begins with Katha assuring Gayatri that she will arrange her meeting with UV once he returns home the next day. She explains that she hasn’t told UV about her yet because she wanted Gayatri to know everything first. Katha once again promises that Gayatri will definitely meet her son soon. Gayatri gets emotional, saying it has been twenty years since she has lived away from him. Katha comforts her, asking her to thank God because her long wait is finally ending. Curious, Katha questions why Arjun has kept her away from her family. Gayatri looks at her in silence.
Meanwhile, Arjun continues manipulating UV, claiming that Gayatri is career-driven and chose her ambitions over her family. He adds that Gayatri wants UV to use her brand in his café to grow her business. Charu criticizes Gayatri (Sheetal) for her decisions. UV questions why Gayatri isn’t here to discuss the deal herself. Arjun lies, saying Gayatri will come only once the deal is finalized and the papers are signed. He even shows a document, pretending Gayatri sent it to him. Hurt, UV feels his mother treats him like a client. When he wonders why she didn’t bring him along, Arjun laughs, saying Gayatri sees him as an obstacle to her dreams.
At Katha’s place, Gayatri defends Arjun, insisting he may not have known her husband and son were alive. She claims Arjun loves her deeply and only took her to Nagpur so she wouldn’t suffer at her in-laws’ house. When Katha questions why Arjun changed her identity, Gayatri is left speechless but still takes his side. She then asks Katha when she can finally meet UV. Katha promises to make it happen the very next day. Overjoyed, Gayatri hugs Katha, while Katha and Naina smile warmly.
On the highway, Arjun asks UV if he has agreed to the deal. UV replies that he will share his decision directly with Ms. Sheetal Mittal. Arjun agrees, praises him, and promises to arrange the meeting. Once alone, he smirks. UV, however, breaks down, and Shlok comforts him. Shlok and Charu both advise UV not to trust Arjun’s words blindly but to hear the truth directly from his mother. UV admits that if Arjun’s claims are true, he will end up hating her.
At Jindal’s house, Katha tells Naina that she plans to decorate UV’s café for his meeting with Sheetal. She adds that Eshwar won’t allow Sheetal inside the house, so it will be up to UV to decide after meeting her. Later, when UV arrives at the café, he recalls opening it for his mother. Shlok and Charu again urge him to ask Arjun to set up the meeting with Sheetal. UV agrees and calls Arjun, demanding that he inform his mother about his birthday and his wish to meet her. Arjun feels irritated by UV’s tone but is shocked when Gayatri herself tells him she is Sheetal Jindal. She confronts him for hiding her real identity. Arjun tries to manipulate her with more lies. Gayatri, however, praises Katha, saying she is arranging her meeting with UV on his birthday. She also reveals that Katha hasn’t informed UV yet. Arjun, realizing this, thinks to himself that he still has a chance to play his game.
