The episode begins with Vrinda teasing AV about his mystery woman. She asks whether he has genuinely developed feelings for her. AV openly admits that the woman means everything to him and says that he loves her deeply.
AV praises her hard work, dedication and strength, making it clear that he truly admires her. Vrinda wishes him good night before ending their conversation. Meanwhile, Angad remains determined to expose Karthik and waits for the right opportunity.
The next day, Ritik tells Hemant that he has seen the contract and will be arriving within four days. Munni reveals that she has already packed everything. Akshay notices that his mother is hurt, while Madhvi blames Karthik for hurting Vrinda. Timsi also holds Mitali responsible for the growing tension.
Meanwhile, Dev tells Taara to return Aarav’s currency note and suggests that she should play with dolls instead. Munni strongly objects to his thinking.
She reminds Dev that girls today are competing with boys in every field and proving themselves. Hemant supports Munni and proudly praises the strong women of the Virani family, including Munni and Vrinda.
Ritik also tells Dev that he needs to change his mindset. Dev feels insulted and becomes upset.

Meanwhile, Noina asks Karthik to check an important file before she leaves for Ranchi. She then confronts him about his behaviour during the press conference. Karthik apologises, but Noina understands that the real issue is his relationship with Vrinda.
Noina gives Karthik important advice. She tells him that being overly possessive can suffocate a relationship. According to her, a woman needs a partner who supports her, respects her and gives her strength rather than trying to control her.
Noina reminds Karthik that Vrinda has already suffered a lot and therefore needs understanding and emotional support. Karthik realises that he has made mistakes and decides to correct them. Noina tells him that his first step should be to sincerely apologise to Vrinda.
Later, Dev approaches Karthik with an idea to win Vrinda back. He praises Vrinda and gives Karthik a saree, suggesting that he should gift it to her as a romantic gesture.
Dev further advises Karthik to take Vrinda on a date and spend quality time with her. Karthik believes that Dev is genuinely helping him, but Mitali already knows that Dev is playing his own game.
Meanwhile, Karthik calls everyone for an important meeting and announces that their campaign is progressing successfully. He explains that the campaign does not need to target customers from Jharkhand and Bihar.
Karthik suggests that they personally meet the clients in Ranchi. Hemant agrees, while Noina initially objects because she feels the meeting should be handled by the marketing team.
