The episode begins with Mangal waiting anxiously for Kusum’s decision. Realizing it’s time for Sudesh’s medication, she heads to his room.
She gives Sudesh his medicine and gently asks him to wait a little while since a pooja is about to take place. Mangal reflects on how she misses their old conversations. Hearing the sound of the pooja bell, she realizes the ritual has started and hurries to join.
Mangal arrives to find Kusum performing the pooja. After the ritual ends, Kusum applies tika to everyone present, including Mangal.
Meanwhile, Sowmya approaches Kusum and praises Mangal for taking such good care of Sudesh, saying that his health is improving because of her. She suggests Mangal deserves the recognition and encourages Kusum to apply tika to her as well, noting that Mangal seems anxious. Though hesitant at first, Kusum eventually agrees.
Sowmya secretly observes this and thinks to herself that now Mangal will assume Kusum has accepted her marriage with Kapil.
Mangal thanks Kusum for the tika and expresses her joy at what she believes is Kusum’s approval. She then asks if Kusum plans to inform Adit about the marriage. Concerned that Mangal might reveal the truth, Sowmya deliberately breaks a vase to create a distraction. Kusum scolds her for being careless and walks away.
Later at the office, Mangal is working in her cabin when Kapil enters with coffee. She asks why he brought it, saying she could’ve made it herself. Kapil smiles and says he’ll be doing such things for the rest of their lives. Just then, Adit arrives with a file and asks both of them to review it. He compliments them on being a great business team and congratulates Kapil on his wedding before leaving. Mangal assumes Kusum must have already told Adit about the marriage.
Shortly after, Mangal gets a phone call and leaves the cabin.
Elsewhere, a peon delivers a package containing wedding invitation samples—sent by Pratima—to Kapil. He immediately calls her and asks why she sent them to his office. Pratima explains that she’s handling all the arrangements and needs him to choose a card. Kapil says he prefers the red one but thinks Mangal might like the green one. He promises to decide soon.
Kapil then instructs the peon to deliver a document to Adit. However, the peon mistakenly hands over one of the wedding invitations instead.
At the office, Adit’s colleagues notice he hasn’t left yet and ask him why. Adit replies that he’s on his way out. One of the women jokingly says she thought he’d be upset about Kapil’s wedding. Adit, confused, says he’s happy for Kapil but doesn’t understand what she’s referring to. He then leaves.
Back in the cabin, Kapil shows the wedding invitation samples to Mangal and asks her to choose. Mangal tells him to go ahead and pick one himself. Sensing something’s off, Kapil asks if she’s unhappy with the wedding. Mangal assures him she’s fine—as long as her family is happy, so is she.
Later at home, Mangal asks Kusum if she told Adit about the marriage. Kusum says she hasn’t. Puzzled, Mangal wonders why Adit congratulated Kapil if Kusum hasn’t spoken to him.
