The episode begins with the nurse informing Mannat that her mother, Shruthi, is ready to be discharged. Mannat, overjoyed, expresses her happiness as Shruthi regains consciousness. Shruthi is startled to see Aishwarya beside her. Mannat gently assures her that there’s no need to fear—Aishwarya was the one who donated her liver to save her. Mannat also reveals that she knows Shruthi is actually Sonia Khanna and understands why she kept that secret—she was trying to protect her from Aishwarya.
Aishwarya, however, coldly asks Mannat to leave with her mother and disappear from their lives.
Meanwhile, at Mallika’s house, Kiran lashes out at Neetu and Roni for Vikrant’s behavior, accusing them of crossing all limits before the wedding. She demands answers. Mallika pretends to defend Vikrant, saying he was drunk and she couldn’t stop him. Kiran scolds her, saying this isn’t London, and such behavior isn’t acceptable. Neetu mentions that Vikrant and Mallika are supposed to marry today, but Mallika interrupts, revealing it’s all fake—Vikrant loves Mannat and has already canceled the wedding. She acts like she’s walking away but secretly stays to listen in.
Kiran, furious, insists Vikrant has crossed all boundaries and must answer to both Aishwarya and Gagan. She declares the wedding must happen today, no matter what.
Later, Aishwarya confronts Mannat, demanding she leave the house and stop interfering in their lives. Mannat calmly responds that she has no desire to stay with Aishwarya either, but she doesn’t have the authority to order her around. Aishwarya, believing Mannat’s defiance stems from holding evidence against her, grabs Mannat’s phone to delete the recording. Mannat gives her the password, and Aishwarya discovers there is no recording. Mannat tells her that her mother raised her with values—not cunningness like Aishwarya’s—and insists she’ll live life on her own terms.
Meanwhile, Kiran questions Neetu about the unfolding chaos. Vikrant declares he can’t marry Mallika—he doesn’t love her and refuses to destroy two lives with a forced wedding. Roni confronts him, accusing him of disrespecting Mallika. Vikrant apologizes, saying he was drunk and never intended to take advantage of her. He insists he would never disrespect her knowingly.
Kiran demands to know if he’s calling Mallika a liar. Vikrant denies it but says he never meant to hurt her. Kiran says if she hadn’t caught them together, they would’ve hidden everything. Roni tells Vikrant he must take responsibility for what happened. Neetu insists the wedding will go ahead as planned. Vikrant refuses, leading Roni to angrily declare that if Vikrant doesn’t marry Mallika, they will kill themselves. Vikrant is blamed for everything falling apart. Mallika, meanwhile, is secretly pleased with how things are unfolding.
Elsewhere, Aishwarya instructs Ravinder to follow Mannat. Mannat and Shruthi leave the hospital, unaware they’re being followed. Aishwarya believes Mannat thinks she can blackmail her—but she’s wrong. Mallika calls Aishwarya and triumphantly says everything is set—the wedding will happen today. Aishwarya, overjoyed, thinks it’s a triple celebration: Mannat will die, her secrets will stay hidden, and her daughter is getting married.
As Mannat packs for their move to Chandigarh, Ravinder tails them. Aishwarya vows that Mannat won’t return alive. She recalls how Mannat once threatened to push her into the sea and says the pain of that humiliation outweighs even childbirth. She swears she won’t rest until she destroys Mannat for disturbing her peace.
