The episode opens with Mannat telling Anirudh that Aishwarya abandoned her at birth, leaving her to die. Yet she survived then, and she refuses to give up now. Anirudh insists he can’t risk her life and declares that he will take the blame upon himself.
Later, Mannat returns home, lost in her thoughts. Vikrant feeds her and pleads with her not to support Anirudh. Shruti agrees, saying she can’t bear to see Mannat humiliated and called a liar by everyone. For Shruti, Mannat is her entire world. Mannat replies that it was Shruti herself who taught her to stand by the truth, fight for justice, and never ignore injustice. Anirudh is innocent, and she cannot turn her back on that. Shruti emotionally asks if Mannat doesn’t love her. Mannat reassures her, saying Shruti means everything to her — doesn’t she already know her love?
Vikrant tells Mannat that she is their world and they can’t watch her suffer. Shruti demands she choose between Anirudh and herself. Shocked, Mannat asks what she means and turns to Vikrant for support, but he too urges her to give up. Mannat refuses, saying she won’t lie just to keep the peace. Vikrant insists she might be wrong, but Mannat feels they are emotionally blackmailing her.
In court, tensions rise as Anirudh arrives and Gagan grabs his collar in anger. Vikrant warns Gagan to control himself, reminding him this is a courtroom. Shruti brings Aishwarya in, assuring Vikrant that Mannat won’t be present since she made her understand. The judge begins proceedings, listening to Aishwarya accuse Anirudh before asking her to sit. The lawyer places blame on Anirudh, and just as he is about to accept guilt, Mannat interrupts.
Calling his claim a lie, Mannat boldly declares that Anirudh believes he is fighting alone, but he is not — his daughter is with him. To everyone’s shock, she addresses him as “Papa.” She urges him not to take the blame for a crime he didn’t commit and motivates him to fight for justice. Vikrant is devastated hearing this. Encouraged by Mannat, Anirudh pleads not guilty and requests more time. The judge grants one week to present evidence.
Outside, Kiran accuses Mannat of being responsible for her husband’s death. Neetu complains that Mannat is siding with a criminal. Mallika pretends to apologize to Mannat, saying she will even step aside for her with Vikrant — but only if Mannat stops supporting a criminal and betraying her Dada. Shruti tries to persuade her again, but Mannat remains firm in her decision. Meanwhile, Aishwarya plots to break Mannat’s spirit by arranging people to attack her.
