The episode begins with Vibha’s daughter searching for Abhimanyu. While looking for him, she accidentally bumps into Mannat. Abhimanyu quickly saves Mannat from falling.
Mannat notices that Abhimanyu’s mehendi has smudged onto her hand, forming what looks like the letter “V”. She feels it is a sign of destiny.
Vibha’s daughter informs Abhimanyu that the puppet show is about to begin and takes him there. Dua announces that she will narrate the story through the puppet show.
Dua presents Mannat and Vikrant’s love story through the performance. While watching it, Abhimanyu gets glimpses of his past memories.
Mannat carefully observes his reactions and silently prays that his lost memories return. After the performance, Abhimanyu praises Dua for telling the story beautifully and gives her money.
Disappointed, Mannat walks away. Dua wants to follow her mother, but Bunty stops her. Dua says their plan has failed and her mother is upset, so she wants to comfort her.
Bunty advises her to stay back and not create any suspicion. He tells her they can come up with another plan to bring back Abhimanyu’s memories. Dua agrees.
Later, Mannat feels frustrated that their plan did not work. Abhimanyu approaches her and questions what she is trying to do.
He tells her that she deliberately narrated those stories because they are connected to her own life. Although others may not understand, he can sense the truth behind it.
Mannat says she is glad he understood her intention. Abhimanyu tells her that she came there with a hidden motive.
He recalls how she hugged him at the Mumbai beach and showed him something before he fainted. He says he has fainted twice in her presence.
Abhimanyu tells Mannat that she is searching for someone, but that person is not Vikrant. He firmly says that he is Abhimanyu.
Meanwhile, Ankit questions the staff about Vikrant Saluja. Kumar overhears the conversation and asks why he is asking about Vikrant.
Ankit explains that he wants everything to be perfect and needs to know every detail about the people around him.
When he asks Kumar about Vikrant, Kumar reveals that Vikrant was his boss and he worked as his personal assistant. Kumar becomes emotional while remembering him and says Vikrant still lives in his heart.
Kumar leaves, but Ankit feels disappointed.
Later, Abhimanyu tells Mannat that he is engaged to Manyata, his childhood sweetheart. Mannat refuses to believe him.
Abhimanyu shows her a picture as proof. However, Mannat says she does not accept this fake story.
Abhimanyu tells her that the truth will not change because of her refusal, and he also refuses to believe her claims about him being Vikrant.
Mannat confidently says she does not care whether he believes her or not. She insists that he is Vikrant Saluja.
Abhimanyu challenges her to bring proof. Hearing this, Mannat smiles and says she is happy for the first time to hear him ask for evidence instead of getting angry.
She asks what he will do when she brings the proof. Abhimanyu leaves without answering.
Later, Dua asks Mannat what they should do next. Mannat assures her that they will make another plan.
Dua remembers how Vikrant always protected her and believes that whenever she is in danger, he will come to save her.
