The episode begins with Mannat telling Roni that she often feels Vikrant is still with them. She says she imagines him arguing with Roni over whether he supports Mannat or Roni.
Roni smiles and says that was Vikrant’s favorite dialogue. Mannat hugs him and breaks down in tears.
Watching them, Dhairya thinks everyone is still unable to move on from Vikrant’s death. Mannat silently thinks she cannot reveal the truth yet. She believes Vikrant has only lost his memory and vows to help him regain it.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu and Manyata discuss the arrangements for their sangeet ceremony. Manyata asks the chef to prepare a Belgian cake for the celebration.
The chef mispronounces the cake’s name, leaving Manyata shocked. Abhimanyu tells her not to worry because the chef will prepare it properly.
Manyata disagrees, saying if he cannot even pronounce the name correctly, how can he make the cake? She asks the chef to prepare a sample first so she can taste it.
As the chef instructs his staff to prepare the sample, Mannat tells Abhimanyu that Manyata is right. She says the chef is unfit for the job because he does not even know the name of the cake.
Mannat then asks Manyata whether she agrees, and Manyata supports her. Mannat tells Abhimanyu that she is the better choice and can prepare the best desserts.
She teasingly asks if he does not like her cooking. Abhimanyu casually calls it average.
Mannat laughs and points out that he finished three bowls of her desserts before calling them average. She says he should admit that her cooking is excellent.
She further claims that he cancelled her contract only because he is confused about his feelings for her. According to Mannat, he cannot stop thinking about her and feels an emotional connection with her.
Unable to hear any more, Abhimanyu shouts, “Stop it!”
Samragi immediately asks what happened. Abhimanyu lies that the chef has once again mispronounced the cake’s name.
The chef requests another chance and again mispronounces a French word. This time, Abhimanyu correctly pronounces it.
Surprised, Samragi asks how he knows the French pronunciation. Abhimanyu says he probably read it somewhere.
Manyata grows worried that Abhimanyu may slowly regain his lost memories. Samragi also tells Ankit that it is not easy to remember French words so effortlessly.
Meanwhile, Mannat remains lost in her thoughts. Dua returns home and notices that something is bothering her.
At first, Mannat hides the truth. Dua says she will eventually find out anyway, even if it creates more problems while trying to help her.
Finally, Mannat reveals that Vikrant cancelled her contract.
Mannat tells Dua that she feels Vikrant is slowly recovering his memories. However, he seems confused, scared, and is distancing himself from everyone because he does not know how to deal with his emotions.
She says they cannot help him recover if he keeps avoiding them. Dua encourages Mannat not to give up and suggests they investigate the chef’s background.
Later, Mannat and Dua disguise themselves and visit the chef’s restaurant. Mannat tries to place a cake order, but the chef refuses because he has already received a contract from the Rajvanshi family.
While talking, Dua tells Mannat about the Rajvanshi family and says Manyata is known for treating people rudely.
Elsewhere, Yuvi and Bunty stop the restaurant staff. Bunty secretly places a lizard inside a cake.
Later, Manyata is horrified when she discovers the lizard. Furious, she smashes the cake on the chef’s face and starts arguing with Abhimanyu.
Samragi asks Abhimanyu to renew Mannat’s contract because she does not want to disappoint her.
Meanwhile, Mannat waits for Vikrant’s call while hiding the truth from Dhairya. His growing suspicion tells him that something is definitely wrong.
In the end, Abhimanyu suggests to Manyata that they should get married in a Gurudwara.
