The episode opens with Roni telling the family about Vikrant’s special arrangements for Mannat, and how much he loves her. Anirudh adds that his love for her is sincere. Neetu looks upset and tries to draw Vikrant’s attention. Dhairya thinks about his younger brother standing before him but feels powerless — he can’t claim him as his own. Shruthi says she wants to feed sweets to her son-in-law and Mannat with her own hands, but Neetu insists she will do it. Shruthi nods. Dhairya notices Shruthi’s affection for Vikrant as she feeds him.
Raveena remarks that Puneet would have completed the ritual today, but he isn’t here to pull Vikrant’s ears as per tradition. Dhairya wishes to do it as Vikrant’s brother, but Neetu refuses—no one is allowed to pull her son’s ear. Dhairya is disappointed and asks Vikrant if he loves Neetu that much; Vikrant nods.
Vikrant says his parents mean everything to him and that his mother would fight the world for him; she loves and will always protect him. Dhairya reflects that all mothers feel that way, but sometimes circumstances take a son away — he once lost his younger brother. Neetu is upset hearing this. Anirudh prays that Dhairya will be reunited with his brother and thanks him. Dhairya receives a phone call and says he must leave. Raveena comments that Dhairya is a police officer and wonders why he talks as if he has some special connection with them. Mannat notices Dhairya taking Vikrant’s photo. Later, Vishaka serves food for Dhairya and Aman; Dhairya asks why she prepared three plates. Vishaka explains Aman is not with her now, but she will bring him back one day. He hugs her and tells her he saw them, which excites her because it means he found Aman.
Meanwhile Vikrant hugs Mannat from behind; she startles him, then apologizes when she recognizes him. He scolds her playfully, saying she shouldn’t treat him that way after their marriage. They share a tender moment and remember their first meeting. Mannat thanks him for always helping her; he admits he never expected to meet her at Dharga and felt lucky he did.
Dhairya gathers evidence to arrest Neetu, but Vishaka stops him and urges practical thinking. Vikrant believes the Salujas are his parents and rejects the evidence — they must first find a place in his heart before any punishment. Later, Vikrant and Mannat decide to go on a date, which Mallika overhears.
