The episode begins with Neetu searching for Vikrant. She tells Roni that it’s time to break the pot, but Vikrant is nowhere to be found. Soon, she spots him with Mannat and becomes furious. Roni tries to calm her, asking why she can’t accept his happiness. He reminds Neetu that they were wrong in choosing Mallika for their son, and this time, they should let Vikrant follow his heart with Mannat. He insists Mannat is a good, cultured girl who knows how to take responsibility and keep the family united. But Neetu, still unconvinced, silently decides she will never accept her.
Meanwhile, Vikrant notices Mannat is upset and asks her what’s bothering her. Mannat confides her fear—though everything seems to be going well, she has a bad feeling that something is about to go wrong, as it always does in the end. Vikrant reassures and motivates her. At the same time, Mallika readies her wicked plan, determined that no one will save Vikrant today.
Vikrant and Mannat share a light-hearted moment before she teases him and walks away. Elsewhere, Aishwarya prepares to inject poison into Anirudh’s medicine, vowing that his daughter won’t be able to protect him this time. Just then, Mannat calls, interrupting her. A constable also walks into the ICU, forcing Aishwarya to make an excuse and step back. On the call, Mannat checks on her health, but Aishwarya lies, saying Gagan is with her. When Mannat hears a girl crying, Aishwarya covers it up by claiming it’s just the TV playing loudly. Mannat mistakes the sound of a siren for the TV as well. Aishwarya then orders Ravinder to activate Plan B and sneaks back into the ICU.
Meanwhile, Raveena warns Puneet not to take risks for money or shares from Mezbani. Puneet, however, insists on letting Vikrant break the pot first. Vikrant jokes that if he doesn’t get the chance, he’ll complain later. Puneet assures him he won’t, and then climbs up the traditional way to break the pot. Soon, Vikrant ascends the crane to take his turn, while Mallika smirks with malicious intent. Puneet grows scared of the height, and both Neetu and Mannat mock him. Mallika slyly tells Mannat it’s better to be safe than sorry, which raises Mannat’s suspicion about her hidden motives.
Back at the ICU, Aishwarya grows impatient when Ravinder doesn’t activate the plan as instructed. Suddenly, the constable hears a fire alarm and rushes out with others. Aishwarya seizes the moment and tries to inject the poison, but Anirudh regains consciousness in time to stop her. A struggle breaks out; he pushes her aside and escapes, with the constable chasing him. Aishwarya panics, fearing he will expose her to Mannat, and vows to kill him before that happens.
At the celebration, Puneet trembles with fear while Roni teases him. Roni and Neetu cheer Vikrant on, but Mannat’s unease grows. She suddenly notices loose nuts and bolts beneath her feet. Terrified, she screams Vikrant’s name loudly.
