The episode begins with Dua telling Neetu that they need to leave before anyone notices them. She fears that Mannat might scold her, but Neetu reassures her, saying she knows Vikrant well and can handle the situation.
Meanwhile, Yashika receives a call from her brother, asking for money. She vents her frustration, saying that she would have proposed to Vikrant successfully if Mannat hadn’t shown up and ruined her plans. She fears Vikrant won’t marry her now. Kumar overhears the conversation, surprising Yashika. She scolds him for eavesdropping, and he explains he was looking for Vikrant. She sends him away and tells her brother that Vikrant, seeing her happy with her husband and child, has moved on, so she can marry him easily.
Later, Mannat helps Bunty in the kitchen. Bunty doesn’t know where Dua is, and Mannat asks him to call her. Bunty refuses, and when Mannat insists, he distracts her by saying there’s a lizard, scaring her.
Meanwhile, Yashika complains to her brother that Yuvi is ruining her plans. She hopes he gets better soon so she can return to Mumbai. Vikrant feeds Yuvi and tells him that a mother’s love and home-cooked food fill the heart, unlike takeout. Yuvi comments that he never saw Vishaka cook, not realizing he meant Neetu. Later, Dua brings Neetu to Vikrant’s house and asks her to wait while she looks for him. Neetu sees Vikrant and is overjoyed. Bunty, noticing Mannat is busy, excuses himself. Dhairya leaves, noticing Dua’s actions and becomes suspicious, following them.
Neetu approaches Vikrant, who feels anxious sensing her presence. Kumar interrupts, informing him that Aishwarya sent some photos to select from, and Vikrant closes his ears to focus. Dua tries to help Neetu, but she loses her balance. Dhairya catches her and scolds Dua for taking Neetu out without informing anyone. Dua explains that Neetu said she knew Vikrant. Dhairya sends Dua home and asks Neetu what would happen if something happened to her. Neetu confidently replies that Vikrant will take care of her and return seeing his mother in this state.
