Mannat confides in Shruthi about the critically ill children. Shruthi, sensing the urgency, urges her to stay strong and prepare a temporary remedy until the doctor arrives. Overwhelmed, Mannat struggles with the preparation, but Vikrant steps in to support her, calming her anxiety.
Just then, Shalini rushes in, reporting that Aditya is vomiting blood. Acting quickly, Vikrant and Mannat administer the medicine in hopes of stabilizing him.
Unbeknownst to them, Mallika secretly records the scene, intending to use it to incriminate Mannat. However, when Mannat accidentally deletes the video, Mallika cunningly manipulates Aishwarya into questioning Mannat’s motives. Vikrant immediately steps in to defend Mannat, even falsely claiming that he made the medicine himself to shield her from suspicion.
Enraged, Mallika recovers the deleted video and sends it to Puneet, who leaks it to the police. The situation spirals out of control when Mannat is falsely accused of poisoning the children. A subsequent medical report confirms the presence of deadly poison in the food, and Aishwarya wastes no time pointing fingers at Mannat. Despite Vikrant and Shruthi’s protests, the police arrest her.
Feigning support, Puneet offers help, but Vikrant furiously rejects it, accusing him of putting ego before family. Meanwhile, Mallika celebrates their successful ploy and begins plotting to throw Shruthi out of the house next.
As Mannat faces intense police interrogation, Shruthi bravely defends her against Raveena and Neetu’s cruel accusations. Vikrant intervenes, chastising his mother for her hostility, while Mallika continues to pretend concern.
