The episode begins with Vikrant asking Mannat to leave. Heartbroken, Mannat tells him that he was never able to give her what she truly wanted. As Vikrant turns away, he suddenly feels dizzy and accidentally hits his head, losing his balance. Mannat quickly catches him before he falls.
At that moment, the priest tells the Salooja family that it’s an auspicious time for marriage—any couple united now will remain inseparable. As fate would have it, Vikrant’s blood trickles into Mannat’s hairline, symbolically marking her as his bride. Vikrant, however, refuses to let her tend to his injury. Mallika rushes over and angrily separates them, asking Mannat to leave immediately. Mannat walks away, her heart heavy with sorrow.
Trying to compose himself, Vikrant calls the management and cancels all wedding arrangements, including the decorations and food. Mallika, watching this, panics—if he’s canceling these things, could he be thinking of calling off the wedding too? She tries to calm him and urges him to get first aid for his wound.
Later, Mannat tells Aishwarya that everything is over now. Aishwarya sarcastically congratulates her for breaking Vikrant’s heart and proudly claims she kept her end of the deal—she didn’t cross her limits. Mannat agrees, saying the task is complete, and now it’s time for Aishwarya to fulfill her part. Mannat presents some papers and cleverly distracts Aishwarya, getting her signature without her noticing what she’s actually signing. She signals to Gagan, who wonders how Mannat managed it. He’s puzzled by Aishwarya’s fear—what power does Mannat hold over her?
Aishwarya tells Mannat that she only agreed to the deal to save her mother. But Mannat corrects her—it wasn’t a deal, it was a sacrifice. She gave up her love for the sake of her mother, who means everything to her.
Mannat then accuses Aishwarya of treating this like a transaction, of forcing her daughter into a loveless marriage just for money. She says Aishwarya never gave her daughter happiness but instead destroyed her life. Aishwarya snaps back, asking who Mannat is to interfere. Mannat reminds her that she forfeited her own right to make decisions the day she abandoned her on a seashore to die. It was Shruthi Mom who gave her a new life—and for her, Mannat will do anything. She tells Aishwarya that she’s taking her into the operation theatre not out of affection but to ensure there’s no risk in her mother’s treatment.
Mannat feels devastated. She thinks about how she shattered the heart of the one man—Vikrant—who had always stood by her. She prays to God, seeking strength and forgiveness.
Meanwhile, Mallika brings Vikrant back to his room and subtly tries to turn him against Mannat. Vikrant is filled with regret over their fake wedding. He decides to tell the truth—that the marriage was never real. Mallika tries to stop him. When a thunderclap echoes through the room, Vikrant mistakes Mallika for Mannat and embraces her out of instinct. At the same time, Mannat, elsewhere, grows anxious and distressed as the thunder roars.
