The episode begins with Bapodhara offering to help Pushpa, but with one condition.
Pushpa asks what he wants. Bapodhara says she must make Shanaya sign the divorce papers, send her out of the chawl, and arrange Chirag and Manva’s marriage. Only then will he give her the money.
Meanwhile, Dilip thanks Suri for giving him a place to stay.
He says someone deliberately caused a short circuit at his work site. Determined to uncover the truth, Dilip vows not to spare the person responsible.
Elsewhere, Kadambari tells Santosh that Pushpa forced Dilip to leave the chawl.
She says she has taught Pushpa, Dilip, and their family a lesson. She asks Santosh to send someone to the chawl and keep her informed about everything happening there.
Back at the chawl, Pushpa tells Bapodhara that his offer is not help but a business deal.
Bapodhara tells her to either accept the condition or leave.
Sushila supports Pushpa. Refusing to compromise, Pushpa rejects the deal and walks away.
Meanwhile, Ashwin and Chirag try to arrange money from different sources, but all their efforts fail.
At the same time, Deepti calls Asha Behen and says she wants to sell Tana Bana.
Asha replies that she will first review the business returns from the last three years before making a decision.
Shanaya overhears the conversation and realizes Deepti is planning to sell the business to stop the house auction.
Later, Manva, Sushila, and Pushpa criticize Bapodhara for his unfair condition.

Chirag witnesses the incident and learns from the police officer that selling a kidney illegally is a criminal offense.

She goes to Pushpa and reveals that Deepti is planning to sell the family business, Tana Bana.
Pushpa is shocked by the revelation and immediately confronts Deepti, asking if it is true.
