The episode opens with an emotional conversation between Dhruv and Isha. He’s genuinely concerned for her safety and insists that venturing out in such weather would be too risky. At the same time, both Isha and Om deeply miss each other, but neither is ready—or able—to express their feelings.
The next morning, Isha tries to contact her family but finds the office network is still down, making it impossible to reach home. Dhruv reassures her and promises to drop her off himself. Meanwhile, Om returns home after spending the stormy night away, only to find the entire family anxious and worried. The tension intensifies when they realize Isha hasn’t come home either. Om’s concern deepens as he learns of her absence.
Shortly after, Isha finally arrives home, and Om is visibly relieved to see her safe. His emotions get the better of him, and he hugs her tightly. But the relief soon gives way to suspicion as the family begins to question Isha about where she stayed and how she returned home. To avoid the truth, Isha invents a story—claiming she got back via an auto-rickshaw and spinning a fictional account to cover her absence.
Gayatri, however, remains unconvinced. She begins probing further, asking for the address of Isha’s office and the name of her company—pretending it’s for emergencies. Isha, still trying to hide the truth, continues to lie. But Gayatri’s doubts only grow. She presses on, insisting that the family should thank Isha’s boss for helping her during the storm.
When Gayatri demands to know the name of her employer, Isha falters and tries to deflect. But Gayatri doesn’t let up. Eventually, she reveals the truth herself: Dhruv is Isha’s boss. She exposes Isha’s lies in front of the entire family, adding that it was Dhruv who dropped Isha home—proving that Isha had made up the entire story.
Enraged and hurt, Om snatches Isha’s phone and immediately calls her boss. Dhruv answers, fully aware of what’s unfolding. Om, now furious, confronts Isha for lying to him for months. Isha tries to defend herself, explaining that she had no choice but to work for Dhruv due to financial struggles and failed attempts to secure a loan. But Om, feeling betrayed and heartbroken, refuses to believe her. He sees her secrecy as a breach of trust—and accuses her of dishonesty and betrayal.
