The episode begins with Nayanika deciding to book a cab to the hospital. Mini insists on accompanying her.
Rohan reassures Nayanika that nothing will happen to Ujjaini. Romeo also tells her that nothing can change their love and respect for her.
Indrani scolds them for supporting Nayanika, but they continue defending her and leave with her.
Meanwhile, Neil reaches the hospital and discusses Ujjaini’s condition with Dr. Banerjee.
Soon, Nayanika arrives at the hospital. Dr. Banerjee asks her not to worry.
However, Neil tells the doctor that Nayanika is responsible for Ujjaini’s condition and says he doesn’t want her anywhere near Ujjaini.
Ignoring Neil’s accusations, Nayanika pleads with Dr. Banerjee to save Ujjaini. The doctor then goes inside.
After a while, Nayanika prays for Ujjaini’s recovery. She promises God that she will accept whatever Ujjaini wants.
Believing that her happiness only brings pain to others, Nayanika decides never to meet Ishaan again. She breaks down in tears, realizing she cannot even go near Ujjaini.
She vows to give up her own happiness and stay away from Ishaan forever.
Mini asks Nayanika to calm down. Romeo says Ujjaini will eventually understand that Nayanika has done nothing wrong.
Rohan assures her that they will always stand by Ujjaini. Just then, Shisho arrives and comforts Nayanika.
Meanwhile, Shreya asks Mini and Romeo to come with her. She says Angana won’t like Rohan staying with Nayanika.
She also tells Shisho not to stay with Nayanika because Ujjaini may not approve.
Shisho replies that he loves Ujjaini, and she loves him too. However, he says he is capable of making his own decisions.
Nayanika asks everyone to go inside because she doesn’t want them to be scolded because of her. They eventually leave.
Shisho asks Nayanika what the doctor said. Nayanika says she isn’t even allowed to go near Ujjaini or speak to the doctor.
Blaming herself, she says her mistake has ruined everything. She vows never to think about her own happiness again and breaks down in tears.
Shisho consoles her and asks her not to lose hope.
Elsewhere, Ishaan tells Bishu that Nayanika is not answering his calls. He decides that if she still doesn’t respond by night, he will travel to Kolkata.
At the hospital, Dr. Banerjee informs the Basu family that Ujjaini is out of danger and can be discharged the next day.
He allows the family members to meet her one by one before leaving.
Neil immediately declares that he will not allow Nayanika to stay in the house anymore.
Nayanika calmly replies that only Ujjaini has the right to make that decision. She says she will remain there until Ujjaini recovers.
Neil insists that Ujjaini doesn’t want to see her. Shisho tells Neil to let Ujjaini say that herself.
Shreya asks Shisho not to interfere in their family matters.
Nayanika requests Shisho to ask Ujjaini to meet her just once. Shisho agrees.
Later, the youngsters stop Angana from entering Ujjaini’s room, saying Ujjaini doesn’t want to see her.
Neil goes inside to meet Ujjaini, while the others leave.
Shreya asks Nayanika where she plans to go since everyone else is returning home.
Nayanika firmly says she will stay at the hospital as long as Ujjaini is there. She declares that she will not return home without Ujjaini.
