The episode begins with Ujjaini questioning Nayanika about what she is doing with Neil.
Neil explains that he brought Nayanika to discuss her treatment. However, Ujjaini says she is there to take care of her mother and that Neil’s help is not needed.
Seeing Neil being insulted, Angana says she doesn’t like the way he is being treated. Nayanika asks her not to feel bad before leaving with Ujjaini.
Meanwhile, Rohan requests Nayanika and Ujjaini to stay for a meal before leaving.
Nayanika politely declines, saying she wants to go home and rest. Ujjaini adds that Nayanika is unwell, so they cannot stay until the end of the function.
Rohan thanks Nayanika for attending, while Indrani asks her to stay a little longer.
Ujjaini sarcastically tells Indrani to enjoy the event and return later before leaving with Nayanika.
Later that night, Nayanika dreams of confessing her love to Ishaan.
She suddenly wakes up and notices the wallpaper on her phone, which features a picture of herself and Ujjaini.
The next morning, Nayanika feels as though she is a bird trapped in a storm because of Neil.
She wonders why Ishaan is not answering her calls. She tells herself that nothing can happen between them because she is a mother, yet questions whether she has fallen in love with Ishaan.
Just then, Ujjaini asks Nayanika where she plans to get her treatment.
She makes it clear that she doesn’t want Neil’s help and suggests that Nayanika undergo treatment in Mumbai. However, she admits she won’t be able to stay with her all the time.
Nayanika replies that she will be staying in the hospital anyway.
Ujjaini then confesses that she is uncomfortable with Nayanika’s growing closeness to Ishaan.
She says she shares everything with her mother, so she wants to ask something honestly—does Ishaan love her?
Nayanika says Ishaan simply likes her and is helping her because he is kind.
Ujjaini then asks if Nayanika loves Ishaan.
Nayanika admits that she likes Ishaan because he is humble and down-to-earth.
Unsatisfied, Ujjaini asks whether those feelings are romantic.
Nayanika reminds Ujjaini that she is talking to her own mother.
Ujjaini says that is exactly why she is worried. She once again urges Nayanika to get treated in Mumbai and says she doesn’t want anyone entering her mother’s life.
She apologizes for sounding selfish.
Nayanika asks Ujjaini to focus on her own career and future with Shisho instead of worrying about everything else.
Ujjaini smiles and says Shisho always supports Nayanika and takes great care of her.
Nayanika silently recalls the moments she shared with Ishaan.
Elsewhere, Indrani tells Nayanika that she heard she refused Neil’s help.
Nayanika says she doesn’t need anyone’s support.
Shreya points out that she has no problem accepting Ishaan’s help.
Just then, Neil arrives with a diet chart for Nayanika.
Nayanika reminds him that she has already refused his help and asks why he is still worrying about her.
She also questions whether Angana knows that he is helping his ex-wife.
Meanwhile, Rusha serves breakfast prepared according to the doctor’s diet chart.
Nayanika praises Rusha’s effort before leaving.
Later, at the hospital, Nayanika calls Ishaan again, but he ignores her call.
She wonders why he isn’t answering and thinks he struggles to understand other people’s emotions because he has always lived a lonely life.
Ujjaini’s earlier question about Ishaan keeps echoing in her mind.
Meanwhile, Ishaan decides that he will no longer interfere in Nayanika’s life because that is what she wanted.
Even so, he silently wishes for her happiness before noticing her diary.
