The episode begins with Bishu requesting Nayanika not to leave for Kolkata the next day. Nayanika says she hasn’t seen Ujjaini for many days and knows Ujjaini cannot stay without her. She says she has to return home.
Ishaan asks Bishu not to stop Nayanika, reminding him that she has a family waiting for her. Bishu requests Nayanika to stay at least until the puja and participate in it. Nayanika agrees.
Ishaan tells them not to observe a fast. Nayanika smiles and asks how they can perform the puja without fasting.
Soon, Ishaan’s band members arrive and warmly welcome him back. They thank Nayanika for saving his life and suggest celebrating Ishaan’s recovery.
Krish offers Nayanika a chance to join their band as a lyricist. Ishaan quickly points out that she is a doctor who lives in Kolkata. Krish says she doesn’t need to stay in Mumbai permanently. Nayanika replies that she will think about the offer.
Meanwhile, Neil questions Ujjaini about Nayanika’s relationship with Ishaan. He says Ishaan is influencing her and claims that although Nayanika rejected everything from him, she is accepting Ishaan’s help.
Neil reveals that Ishaan even booked Nayanika’s hospital room. Shreya says she had been saying the same thing. She adds that Nayanika must now decide whether she wants to stay in Mumbai or return to Kolkata.
Angana says she is glad Neil has finally realized that Nayanika is not as great as he believed. Ujjaini immediately asks Angana to stay quiet and walks away.
Later, Ujjaini recalls Neil’s words. Rusha notices her silence and asks if she has misunderstood Nayanika. Ujjaini refuses to discuss the matter.
Shreya joins them and questions how Nayanika can stay at Ishaan’s house while insulting Neil. Ujjaini replies that she already knew Nayanika might stay there and has no problem with it.
She instead questions why Neil suddenly became concerned after ignoring Nayanika for so many years. Ujjaini says her only worry is that Nayanika risked her life.
Rusha suggests that Nayanika must be waiting for Ujjaini’s call. Ujjaini decides to call her.
Shreya reminds her that Indrani said no one should contact Nayanika. Ujjaini firmly replies that Indrani is not a judge, and no one can stop a mother from talking to her daughter.
Elsewhere, Bishu speaks to Maria about Nayanika. Maria asks if Nayanika is planning to remarry.
Bishu says he doesn’t know, but believes Nayanika loves Ishaan because she risked her life to save him. Maria says she wants to speak with Nayanika.
Bishu replies that Ishaan is at home, so it isn’t possible right now, and ends the call.
Nayanika overhears the conversation and asks Bishu who he was talking to. Bishu admits that it was Maria.
Nayanika tells him not to speak like that again. She reminds him that she is a mother and says such discussions are inappropriate. She makes it clear that no one is more important to her than Ujjaini.
Bishu realizes his mistake and apologizes.
Meanwhile, Angana scolds Neil for not getting ready for the party. Neil says he is tired.
Angana accuses him of lying and says he is upset because of Nayanika.
Neil admits that they both made mistakes. He confesses that he never wanted to marry anyone except Nayanika.
Angana taunts him for bringing up the past after so many years.
