The episode begins with a tragic accident—Nandini is critically injured when a hoarding falls on her. In agonizing pain, she cries out for Dil, who immediately rushes to help her. Watching from a distance, Dil’s uncle cruelly comments that Nandini is going to die.
Meanwhile, Raghav plays the piano, lost in memories of his emotional farewell to Nandini. As the music flows, he silently vows to return to her someday. On the roadside, Dil desperately tries to get help, but no vehicle stops. At the same time, Raghav recalls his mother pleading with him to marry Natasha in order to save Chandan’s life. Raghav refuses, insisting that Nandini is waiting for him—only for his mother to respond that she, too, is waiting for her son to come back to her.
Eventually, Dil manages to stop a van and begs the passengers for help. They agree and rush Nandini to the hospital. However, once they reach, the people leave her on a bench and disappear. Fortunately, the hospital staff quickly takes her inside for treatment.
Back at home, Dil’s uncle is celebrating with his friends, confident that Nandini won’t survive. Elsewhere, Shanaya is throwing a tantrum over her birthday party being ruined and refuses to go to school. Natasha’s mother and Raghav’s mother try to calm her down, but Shanaya storms off. She finds Raghav sleeping in the garden and calls the family. Chandan wakes him up, and Raghav gently tells Shanaya he had brought her a cake. But Shanaya, still angry, says she hates him and locks herself in her room. Raghav pleads with her to forgive him and promises to do anything she wants.
At the hospital, doctors begin treating Nandini in the ICU. When Dil sees a doctor preparing an injection, she runs inside and pleads to take it in Nandini’s place so her friend doesn’t feel pain. The nurse gently escorts her out. Outside the ICU, Dil anxiously waits. Lata arrives and comforts her. A nurse tells Lata to fetch some medicines and wonders why Nandini hasn’t fallen asleep despite the anesthesia. Dil explains that Nandini can only sleep when she’s beside her. She asks to go in, but the nurse says children aren’t allowed. Lata heads out to get the medicine.
Elsewhere, Natasha’s mother calls Shanaya and urges her to convince Raghav to help Natasha win the Little Rock Star talent competition. Shanaya agrees. Later, she opens her bedroom door and tells Raghav that she’ll only forgive him if he does exactly what she says. Raghav agrees. Shanaya demands his help to ensure Natasha wins the talent show at any cost. Realizing Natasha is once again manipulating Shanaya, Raghav decides to confront her.
Back at the hospital, Dil sneaks into the ICU to comfort Nandini. Her presence soothes Nandini, and she finally falls asleep. Just then, Lata and the doctor enter. The doctor informs Lata that Nandini needs surgery. When Lata asks about the cost, the doctor replies—it will be ₹4 lakhs. Hiding under the bed, Dil overhears everything. Determined to help, she resolves to somehow earn the money and save her best friend.
