The episode begins with Chandrabaga apologising to Malti and Aparajita. She says that she does not want to go to jail at her age and promises to leave their lives. However, Pramila becomes furious and says Chandrabaga must be punished.
Pramila beats Chandrabaga, while Bua and Malti also confront her. Chandrabaga manages to escape. Aparajita decides to call the police, but Rohan stops her.
Rohan says that he cannot bear to see Aradhya go to jail. He explains that he never doubted Aradhya and that everything he did came from his concern for her. He tells Aradhya that she has the right to live her life however she wants and promises that he will never come in front of her again.
Pramila thanks Aparajita for saving Rohan’s life and regrets blaming her for everything. She says that Aparajita’s partner is lucky to have her.
Meanwhile, Sheela asks Sudha to pretend that she is feeling dizzy and use the situation to make Rakshit promise that he will marry Ira. Sudha refuses to deceive Rakshit, but Sheela insists that they are doing it for his own well-being.
Later, Aparajita talks to Rohan and gives him an important lesson about love. She tells him that sometimes a person may feel unworthy of love, but that does not make it true.
Aparajita says that Aradhya was not worthy of Rohan’s love because she failed to understand it. She encourages him to choose freedom and explains that true love gives a person the freedom to laugh, cry, make mistakes, learn and fly.
She advises Rohan to remain alone until he finds genuine love and tells him that when the wrong person leaves, a new path can open in life. As she speaks, Aparajita looks towards Rakshit.
Meanwhile, Ira becomes worried because Rakshit is not answering her calls. She asks Mohit to remain with the board members.
Aparajita starts blaming herself for the problems around her. Rakshit sarcastically tells her that she seems to think she is responsible for every problem in the world.
He reminds her of the courage he taught her – “Courage in, fear out.” Aparajita admits that the formula is not working this time.
Rakshit asks her to close her eyes and relax. As she does so, Aparajita remembers the first time she met Rakshit and smiles emotionally.
They eventually reach the office.
Vivaan asks the board members not to leave. Aparajita and Rakshit arrive, but the board members are angry with Rakshit for leaving during the earlier situation. They accuse him of failing to follow Arvind’s legacy and say that his actions insulted them.
Rakshit accepts their anger and requests them to hear his explanation before making a final decision. The board members agree.
Rakshit explains the entire situation to them. Ira, meanwhile, tells Aparajita that the board members are questioning Rakshit’s professionalism because of her.
However, the board members ultimately praise Aparajita for choosing to save a person’s life instead of simply focusing on the meeting.
Aparajita thanks Rakshit for supporting her. Rakshit tells her that he was simply doing his job and asks her not to make it personal.
