The episode begins with Rakshit telling Aparajita that he will not force her to stay, but she should never stop fighting. Aparajita says she believed her divorce marked a new beginning, but society turned it into an ending. She says people think a woman without a man is incomplete, but she feels free, not incomplete.
Aparajita declares that she will continue fighting until she gets her rightful place in the world. She thanks Rakshit for giving wings to her dreams but asks him not to wait for her return. Rakshit replies that his heart will always remain open for her because hope may fade, but waiting never does. Aparajita leaves.
Meanwhile, Avinash tells Rohan that Aradhya may have lied because she wanted some space. Aradhya notices them at the café and gets nervous. Before they can see her, she quickly leaves with Vivaan. She invites him to her house the next day, saying Malti believes couples who perform the Sawan Somwar puja together receive Lord Shiva’s blessings.
Rakshit calls Malti and tells her that although he exposed Mr. Mehtani, Aparajita still refused to return to the office. Malti encourages him not to give up. She says Aparajita will return one day, not just to the office but to him as well. She also tells him about the Sawan Somwar fast and invites him to her house. Rakshit agrees.
Later, Ira tells Rakshit that she is leaving for London permanently. She admits she no longer recognizes herself because of her feelings for him. Rakshit asks her to forget the past and relax. He says she made some wrong decisions, but she is not a bad person. He also refuses to let her leave.
Ira asks Rakshit not to feel guilty. Rakshit wonders who will handle everything if she leaves. Ira says he will manage. They share an emotional hug. Rakshit jokes that she will never find a friend like him in London. Ira replies that she is going there to find a life without friends.
Sudha and Sheela overhear their conversation. Before leaving, Ira thanks Sheela for her support and apologizes to Sudha for disappointing her. After Ira walks away, Sheela says this is what true love looks like and adds that neither Rakshit nor Sudha deserves Ira.
Later, Malti gifts Aparajita a saree for the puja. Aparajita promises to wear it, making Malti happy.
Meanwhile, Sudha asks Rakshit to attend the temple puja at noon the next day. Rakshit agrees.
The following morning, Rakshit wears a green outfit and decides to observe the fast. Sudha is pleased to see him ready so early. Rakshit tells her he will reach the temple after finishing an important task. Sudha notices that he has skipped breakfast.
Vivaan teases Rakshit about wearing green. Rakshit explains the significance of the color during Sawan. Vivaan immediately realizes that Rakshit is planning to visit Aparajita’s house.
