In today’s episode, Anupama meets a young girl while traveling in the metro. Curious, she asks the girl about her mother. The girl flips the question and asks Anupama why she looks so happy. Smiling, Anupama shows her a picture of Rahi. At the station, Anupama notices an elderly man struggling and helps him. The man pleads with her to deliver his tiffins, explaining that he could lose his job otherwise. Anupama kindly agrees to help.
Meanwhile, Hasmuk and Prarthana promote International Yoga Day. Leela teasingly warns Prarthana that her in-laws won’t spare her if she skips yoga. Just then, Ansh mentions that today is Prarthana’s first sonography appointment. Surprised, Prarthana asks how he knew, and Ansh reveals he got a reminder from her phone. Prarthana becomes emotional, worrying that no one will accompany her. Leela advises her not to take Ansh, reminding her that the baby isn’t his.
Elsewhere, Manohar is waiting for Anupama. When she arrives, she explains she was helping an elderly man in need. Manohar appreciates her compassion. Anupama quietly continues to hope for Rahi’s forgiveness. Manohar, meanwhile, resumes teaching his students.
Later, Rahi runs into Ansh and Prarthana. Ansh asks why she never visits or thinks of them anymore. Rahi responds that she’s overwhelmed with work. When Ansh suggests she take help from household staff, she says they’re all busy. Ansh compares her to Anupama, which offends Rahi. She snaps, saying he might as well have used a worse insult. Mahi watches the scene unfold from a distance.
Back at the academy, Manohar chats with his son, then turns to Anupama and asks about her children. Anupama avoids answering and silently prays for her kids’ well-being. Meanwhile, Paritosh talks to his friends about Raja. One of them shares a startup idea, which Paritosh finds promising and decides to invest in.
Manohar attempts to teach Anupama a dance routine. Anupama ends up performing instinctively in front of him, surprising him with her grace. But she quickly becomes restless and refuses to learn dance, clearly troubled.
Elsewhere, Parag encourages Rahi to begin work at the academy soon. She’s unsure how to balance her responsibilities at home and work, but Parag reassures her. Their conversation is interrupted by Vasundhara, who taunts Rahi and warns her not to end up like Anupama. Rahi promises to quit dancing if she can’t manage both. When Rahi offers help, Vasundhara coldly pushes her away. Parag gently asks Rahi to go inside.
Meanwhile, Pakhi hands Ishani some beauty products to test. Ishani asks if Pakhi stole them from the parlor. Pakhi dismisses her concerns and urges her to try them.
Later, Anupama enters the house and sees Bharti and Mangesh in a heated argument. Bharti refuses to go back to him. Mangesh turns to Anupama, asking her to intervene. Seeing their conflict, Anupama is reminded of her own troubled past with Vanraj. When Mangesh misbehaves with Bharti, Anupama and Sarita confront him. Sarita warns Mangesh to leave Bharti alone or face consequences. She assures Bharti of her support. Bharti thanks Anupama for standing by her.
