The episode begins with Mannat trying to resolve the tension between Vikrant and his mother, Neetu. Neetu emotionally asks Vikrant when he will forgive her. Moved, Vikrant hugs her. Overjoyed, Mannat whistles and starts dancing in celebration.
Meanwhile, Shruthi and Harneet are discussing an upcoming interview when Shruthi notices Mannat’s blouse is about to tear. At the same time, Mallika is secretly recording a video. Shruthi quickly asks Harneet to help Mannat. Sensing something is wrong, Vikrant rushes in and hugs Mannat from behind to shield her, disappointing Roni. To cover the situation, Vikrant suggests taking a family photo. Mallika becomes irritated at his gesture. Vikrant then discreetly takes Mannat away from the crowd. Harneet remarks to Shruthi that Vikrant truly seems like Babaji’s chosen one for Mannat.
Aishwarya asks Mallika where Vikrant and Mannat went, worried that Mannat might expose her secrets in her intoxicated state. When Mallika asks what secret, Aishwarya reveals that she had once threatened Mannat to break Vikrant’s heart. Mallika, aware of Vikrant’s protectiveness toward Mannat, fears they are getting close and vows to find them immediately.
Elsewhere, Vikrant wraps his coat around Mannat and tells her he was just trying to protect her dignity. Mannat questions how he can understand her pain. Vikrant confesses that it’s because he loves her. Mannat accuses him of betrayal, while Vikrant counters that she too deceived him. She asks when he fell in love with her, as she never saw it coming. Vikrant admits he fell for her the day they met—she was the only one he allowed on his helicopter. He didn’t realize when or how, but he fell deeply in love.
Mannat then asks how, if he loved her so much, he could let Mallika take her place overnight. Vikrant says he never gave her place to anyone and still can’t forgive himself for what happened. He insists he’s paying for his mistake. He accuses her of trading their love for money. Mannat explains she did it all for her mother. Vikrant says if he had known, he would’ve helped her without hesitation. Mannat promises to tell him everything. Vikrant pleads with her to do so, revealing his sleepless nights and frustration. He always saw honesty in her eyes and can’t understand how she could change so drastically.
Just as Mannat is about to reveal the truth, Mallika arrives and quickly intervenes. She hugs Vikrant and pretends she was scared in his absence. Vikrant explains he was helping Mannat. Aishwarya accuses him of taking Mannat away without informing anyone. Mannat, mistaking Aishwarya for her mother, calls her “mom” and pushes her away before hugging Shruthi and declaring her love for her instead. Aishwarya gets furious. Mannat then accuses Aishwarya of selfishly sacrificing her daughter’s happiness. Vikrant becomes suspicious.
Gagan tries to calm Mannat down and advises her to rest. Vikrant insists Mannat isn’t the type to drink alcohol, but Mallika lies, claiming she was drunk and changed after receiving money. She tries to poison Vikrant’s mind against Mannat. Harneet begins to suspect Mallika’s intentions.
Aishwarya wonders why Gagan supports Mannat and why Mannat listens to him. Gagan tells Mallika that all this drama is unnecessary. Shalini takes Mannat to her room. Harneet insists they must tell Vikrant the truth—that someone spiked Mannat’s drink and tried to humiliate her by ruining her clothes. Shalini warns that exposing the truth would be dangerous, especially since it was Aishwarya who initially spiked the drink. She says Aishwarya is a threat they must handle cautiously.
Later, Vikrant suspects something is being hidden from him. He recalls how Mannat tried to say something important. He asks his assistant to investigate what really happened. Roni warns him to stay loyal to Mallika and not get emotionally close to Mannat again. But Vikrant feels conflicted—his heart refuses to obey.
Mannat has a nightmare and clings to Shruthi in fear. Meanwhile, Mallika complains to Gagan for siding with Mannat instead of his own daughter. Gagan tells Mallika not to listen to Aishwarya, who is manipulating her. He urges her to accept the truth—that Vikrant doesn’t love her. Mannat is the one he loves. Mallika accuses Gagan of betrayal and caring more for Mannat than for her.
Shruthi tells Mannat what truly happened at the party. Harneet confirms that Mallika had plotted against her all along.
