The episode begins with Aditi telling Rishi that she genuinely cares about him and would feel terrible if he were ever betrayed. Rishi asks her whether she believes Jhanak is betraying him. Aditi responds by asking when she ever said that. She explains that she only noticed how protective Ayushman had become toward Jhanak. Aniruddh adds that Ayushman reacted like a responsible senior doctor.
Rishi then says he has to leave and reminds everyone that people can have different opinions, but no one can force anyone to think or act in a certain way. Before leaving, he asks Aniruddh to take care of himself. Aniruddh requests Rishi not to misunderstand Jhanak. Bablu reminds Rishi that Jhanak once saved his life. Arshi says that no one truly understands Aditi and adds that Aditi only warned Rishi because she cares about him. Aditi assures Rishi that she will not speak about Jhanak again in front of him. Rishi then leaves.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu asks Jhanak about Aniruddh’s condition. Indumati advises Jhanak not to hurt Rishi through her actions. She recalls how, earlier that morning, Jhanak created tension when Rishi asked where she was going. Jhanak explains that she had simply gone to Aniruddh’s house. Abhimanyu tells her not to argue and to listen carefully to Indumati’s concerns. Tanushri reminds Jhanak that respect and communication are important and says she herself never left the house without informing Abhimanyu. Noticing the rain outside, Abhimanyu comments on the weather. Tanushri asks Jhanak to call Rishi, but Jhanak asks Tanushri to call him instead. Tanushri concludes that Jhanak still does not understand the situation.
Soon, Rishi arrives home completely drenched in the rain. Tanushri asks Jhanak to bring a towel for him. Rishi tells his mother that it is unnecessary, but he soon starts sneezing. Jhanak hands him a towel, but Rishi questions when he ever asked for it. Tanushri becomes concerned and asks what happened to him, realizing that he has developed a fever. Rishi then goes inside to rest.
After some time, Jhanak attempts to treat Rishi, but he stops her, saying there is no need. Jhanak asks why he is angry with her when she has done nothing wrong. Rishi sarcastically replies that he is the one who has done everything wrong. Jhanak urges him to take his medicine, but he refuses. She then informs him that she plans to leave for Simulboni the next day. Rishi tells her that disagreements are common between couples and that such conflicts do not mean she should leave him. He admits that he missed her and had come to pick her up, but on the way he saw her with Ayushman, which made him upset. He then apologizes to her.
The next day, Abhimanyu asks Dritimaan about Surojit’s whereabouts. Dritimaan says that Surojit has not answered any of his calls. Tanushri suspects something is wrong and feels that Payal is hiding the truth. Payal tells them to ask Surojit directly. Sanjhbati points out that Payal is present before them, which is why they are questioning her. Indumati asks Payal to confess if Surojit has done anything wrong. Tanushri questions why Payal is remaining silent this time. Payal asks how they expect to solve her problem without understanding it. Jhanak gently asks Payal to calm down.
Finally, Payal reveals that Jhanak has already read the letter and knows the entire truth. She orders Jhanak to bring the letter. However, Jhanak refuses, saying she cannot break her promise. Payal insists that everyone deserves to know the truth today and goes inside to retrieve the letter. Tanushri questions Jhanak about why she kept this information hidden. Just then, Rishi arrives and asks what is happening. Tanushri replies that something serious must have occurred. Payal returns with the letter and reads it aloud, leaving everyone shocked by its contents.
