Today’s episode begins with Abhira noticing Dr. Pradhan’s serious expression after Armaan’s surgery. Worried, she asks if something went wrong during the operation.
Dr. Pradhan reassures her that the surgery was successful, but explains that the real challenge has only just begun. She tells Abhira that recovery from brain surgery is far more difficult than the procedure itself. Armaan may take time to regain basic abilities such as walking, eating, speaking, and managing everyday activities. She reminds Abhira that he will need constant care, patience, and emotional support throughout his recovery.
Meanwhile, Armaan regains consciousness. Determined to stand on his own, he tries to get out of bed but immediately loses his balance. Abhira quickly rushes to support him.
Elsewhere, Kaveri prepares to welcome Myra and Mukti into the Poddar house.
However, Myra refuses to step inside.
She reminds everyone how the Poddars once insulted Armaan and threw him out of the house. She says they stayed silent only because Abhira wanted peace, but unlike her, she has not forgotten the humiliation. According to Myra, Abhira brought the family together only for Armaan’s sake, and now that the wedding and surgery are over, there is no reason to pretend everything is normal.
The Poddars are left speechless.
Back at the hospital, Armaan struggles even to lift a glass of water. Frustrated by his inability to move his hand properly, he feels helpless. Abhira comforts him, reminding him that surviving the surgery is his biggest victory and that recovery will take time.
Vidya, Kaveri, and the rest of the family try to convince Myra and Mukti to stay at the Poddar house. Vidya explains that Abhira cannot manage Armaan alone and that he needs a calm and supportive environment during recovery.
Tanya also adds that Myra and Mukti must focus on their studies, but can still support their parents through this difficult phase.
Meanwhile, Armaan tells Abhira that he wants to go home.
Abhira gently explains that he needs proper medical care and comfort before returning. She promises that once he becomes stronger, she will take him home.
Understanding her concern, Armaan agrees to stay.
Eventually, Myra and Mukti decide to remain with the family until Armaan recovers.

Later, Kaveri offers to take care of Armaan for the night and asks Abhira to rest. Armaan notices Kaveri sitting beside him, silently watching over him.
As days pass, Abhira patiently helps Armaan relearn how to walk, speak, and eat again. Every small task becomes a struggle, and Armaan grows exhausted each time he fails to move or respond as he wants.
Myra and Mukti spend time with him, watching television and trying to lift his spirits.
Meanwhile, Abhira refuses to take up any legal cases so she can devote all her time to Armaan’s recovery. Manoj and Manisha step in to help her with her work responsibilities.
