The episode begins with Nayanika telling Bishu that she is getting late for the hospital. Just then, she receives a call from the police inspector. He asks her to visit the police station and file a case against Ena. Nayanika reminds him that he witnessed everything himself and says she is heading to the hospital for her treatment. The inspector explains that official formalities are necessary since Nayanika is the only witness who saw Ena talking to the kidnapper. Nayanika agrees to visit the police station after her treatment because she wants the culprits to be punished.
Meanwhile, Angana declares that she is ready to divorce Neil if he wants to return to Nayanika. Indrani asks her not to say such things. She reminds Angana that she and Neil have been together for 17 years.
Angana says Neil went to Mumbai without even discussing it with her. She adds that while Ujjaini controlled her emotions, Neil could not. Angana feels Neil has only fulfilled his responsibilities and never truly stood by her. Indrani asks her to calm down and says Neil only went to Mumbai because he feels sympathy for Nayanika.
Shreya tells Angana that nothing can be done until Neil returns and asks her to stop crying. Rusha criticizes Angana for being ungrateful and reminds her how Nayanika supported her during pregnancy. She says Angana may forget everything, but God never does.
Elsewhere, Bishu says he is grateful that Nayanika is with them. He believes Nayanika and Ishaan are made for each other but are not destined to stay together. Nayanika quietly leaves.
Later, Ishaan wakes up and asks about Nayanika. Bishu tells him that she has gone out and offers to serve him breakfast. Instead, Ishaan picks up his guitar and sings, recalling the beautiful moments he shared with Nayanika.
After a while, Ishaan calls Nayanika and tells her he wanted to see her when he woke up. Nayanika informs him that she is at the hospital for chemotherapy. Ishaan is shocked and asks why she went alone. She explains that he was asleep and she did not want to disturb him. Ishaan silently disconnects the call.
Nayanika believes Ishaan will not come. She begins questioning her feelings and wonders whether he is just a friend or someone she truly loves. Finally, she accepts that she loves Ishaan as a woman loves a man and silently prays for his happiness.
Meanwhile, Ishaan leaves the house. He thinks it would be selfish to stay home while Nayanika is undergoing treatment. He also realizes that he loves her.
Elsewhere, Neil wonders whether a part of him still sees Nayanika as his wife.
At the hospital, the nurse asks Nayanika to rest. Nayanika says she is feeling better. The nurse informs her that she can go home after an hour if everything remains normal.
Just then, Ishaan arrives at the hospital. Nayanika is surprised and asks why he came when he should be resting. They watch breaking news about Ishaan’s kidnapping on television.
The doctor checks on Nayanika and asks if she is feeling any discomfort. He says she can return home if there are no side effects and advises her to stay cheerful instead of focusing on her illness. After he leaves, Ishaan tells Nayanika that he could never stay at home while she was alone in the hospital.
