Dr. Aarambhi Today Episode 12 August 2026

The episode begins with Aarambhi discussing her divorce case with her lawyer. She makes it clear that she wants custody of her son, Vihaan. However, Manju suddenly snatches the phone from her hand and angrily questions why she is speaking to a lawyer instead of trying to resolve her differences with Vishwas.

Manju cannot understand how Aarambhi can even think about divorce. Aarambhi explains that Vishwas is determined to take Vihaan away from her and that she must protect her son. Manju warns her that if she continues on this path, she may lose Vihaan completely. She reminds Aarambhi that she had already advised her to apologise to Vishwas and settle the matter.

Aarambhi refuses to accept the blame. She tells Manju that she has committed no wrongdoing and does not deserve to be treated this way. She questions what exactly she has done to the family and insists that Vishwas is making false accusations against her.

Instead of supporting Aarambhi, Manju continues defending Vishwas and blames her for the family’s problems. She complains that Aarambhi has changed since becoming a doctor and has started talking back to her elders.

Aarambhi reminds Manju that the family spent a lot of money on her education because they wanted her to become a doctor and make them proud. She insists that she did exactly what they wanted and that there is nothing wrong with pursuing her profession.

Manju, however, argues that a woman’s career should never come before her family responsibilities. She tells Aarambhi that taking care of the household and family should be her priority.

Aarambhi becomes emotional and reminds her mother that she has been the one carrying the family’s responsibilities all along. She says that she raised Vihaan almost alone because Vishwas was always busy with his work and rarely helped her.

Manju defends Vishwas by saying that earning money for the family is his responsibility. According to her, Aarambhi should handle the home and children, while Vishwas focuses on his career. She even repeats Vishwas’s accusation that Aarambhi is not a good wife or mother.

Aarambhi is deeply hurt by her mother’s words. Internally, she remembers Vishwas’s betrayal and his alleged relationship with Avanthika. She feels that Vishwas never truly loved her and was never a good husband or father. She also recalls the times when he allegedly put their own son in danger while acting together with Avanthika.

Manju continues advising Aarambhi to learn to compromise and bow down for the sake of her marriage. She orders Aarambhi to convince Vishwas and resolve the dispute. She even warns her not to return to the house unless she settles the matter with her husband.

Meanwhile, Vishwas tells his parents that he can no longer allow Aarambhi to damage their family’s reputation. He says that she has already created problems for Manu and that he feels ashamed that he was unable to control his wife.

Vishwas declares that his decision is final: he wants to divorce Aarambhi.

Sunil immediately objects and questions how Vishwas can make such a major decision on his own. Although he understands that Vishwas may have good intentions, he believes that divorce is not the right solution. He reminds Vishwas that marriage and divorce are not matters to be treated casually.

Dimple supports Sunil and also advises Vishwas not to proceed with the divorce. Avanthika is visibly disappointed by their reaction, while Vishwas continues defending his decision.

Sunil reminds Vishwas that Raj has already gone against the family and that the media is constantly discussing their problems. If Vishwas also divorces Aarambhi, people will mock the family and accuse them of trying to hide their own mistakes.

Dimple assures Vishwas that she will handle Aarambhi and teach her a lesson. She insists that he should not divorce her.

Vishwas remains adamant, saying that he cannot allow Aarambhi to destroy his son’s future. Sunil becomes angry with his stubbornness.

Just then, Nandita arrives and is shocked to learn about the divorce decision. She questions how Vishwas can even think about divorcing Aarambhi. Dimple reminds everyone that no one in their family has ever divorced their wife and insists that their family tradition should not be broken.

Avanthika remains frustrated by the family’s opposition to Vishwas’s decision.

Suddenly, a group of protesters arrives and creates chaos outside the Tandon house. They begin recording everything live and publicly humiliating the family. They even praise Aarambhi while attacking the Tandon family’s reputation, making it appear as though Aarambhi is behind the protest.

Avanthika then pretends to defend the Tandon family. She dramatically falls at the protesters’ feet and begs them to stop targeting the family. She acts like a saviour and eventually signals the protesters to end the demonstration.

Meanwhile, Aarambhi contacts her lawyer again to discuss the custody and divorce case. The lawyer gives her disappointing news: her case is currently weak, and winning Vihaan’s custody will be extremely difficult.

He explains that Aarambhi needs to stop the divorce proceedings for now if she wants to protect her chances of getting custody. The Tandon family could use her current situation against her and put additional pressure on her.

The lawyer advises Aarambhi to first prove that she did not plot against the Tandon family. She must establish her innocence and show that she has been falsely accused.

According to the lawyer, once Aarambhi proves the truth, public support will turn in her favour and the Tandon family will come under pressure. Only then will they be less likely to continue dragging the matter further.

Aarambhi is left facing an extremely difficult choice: fight for her innocence first or risk losing Vihaan forever.
