The episode begins with Bishu informing Nayanika that they will be leaving the day after tomorrow. He tells her that he has already spoken to Dr. Ray. Nayanika asks Bishu to take care of himself and Ishaan. Bishu reminds her that he had once asked Nayanika to stay with them, but that is no longer possible.
Bishu makes it clear that he has not come to beg Nayanika for anything. Nayanika says that Ishaan is richer than her in every way and wonders what she could possibly give him. Bishu tells her that Ishaan will be ruined because of this love and asks her to stop the relationship.
Nayanika says that Ishaan should focus on maintaining his position in the music world. Bishu asks her not to try to contact them again. He says Ishaan has given Nayanika a lot, but she is not worthy of his love. Nayanika accepts his words.
Bishu tells Nayanika that Ishaan should marry a good girl. Nayanika agrees and says Ishaan deserves a good life partner. She says she will be happy if he finds someone who can give him a good life. Nayanika adds that she will continue to see Ishaan only as a doctor as long as he remains under her care.
Meanwhile, Shisho tells Ujjaini that she treated Nayanika unfairly and says he will continue to remain in contact with her. Ujjaini tells him that he is free to do whatever he wants.
Soon, they overhear students gossiping about Nayanika and Ishaan. The students make jokes about whether Ujjaini will eventually have to call Ishaan her father. Ujjaini becomes uncomfortable and goes to the canteen with Shisho.
Ujjaini tells Shisho that she cannot live peacefully because of her parents and even says that she wishes she had died. Shisho reminds her that Nayanika is her mother, but that does not mean Nayanika cannot have a personal life.
Ujjaini asks him to stop defending Nayanika. Shisho says he would be happy if Ujjaini accepted Nayanika’s new life. Ujjaini firmly says that Nayanika is no longer her mother and admits that she feels uncomfortable whenever Nayanika enters her room.
Ujjaini also reveals that Nayanika will leave the house after a few days. Shisho becomes worried and asks what will happen if Nayanika takes a wrong step. Ujjaini confidently says that Nayanika will not do anything like that because she has Ishaan’s love.
Shisho warns Ujjaini not to judge Nayanika and tells her not to take her mother for granted.
At the hospital, Nayanika writes a poem while crying, clearly expressing the pain she is carrying inside. Meanwhile, Dr. Ray advises Ishaan to go home and rest. Ishaan says he wants to return to his own home because he will feel more comfortable there.
Nayanika arrives at the hospital. The hospital dean informs them that a special program has been organised to honour Ishaan. He asks Nayanika to convince Ishaan to attend the event.
Nayanika refuses to force Ishaan. She says they do not share that kind of relationship anymore, so Ishaan’s decision should be final.
Ishaan overhears this and becomes hurt. He thinks that Nayanika has rejected him and decides that he will now reject her in return.
The hospital dean asks Ishaan to attend the event. Ishaan agrees, saying he will participate if it makes the hospital staff happy, although he cannot perform in his current condition.
The dean suggests that Ishaan perform Sairaab live and reminds him that the program will also coincide with the funding day celebration. Ishaan says he will discuss it with his team and finally agrees to perform.
Nayanika examines Ishaan and then leaves. After she leaves, Ishaan notices Nayanika’s diary. He picks it up and begins reading the new poem she has written.
