The episode begins with Raghav telling Ganesh, “Your daughter is alive, but she’s living like a lifeless soul. Her condition is miserable, and she deserves to be punished for the sins she has committed.” With that, he leaves the hospital along with his son, Abhay.
Meanwhile, Aarti tells Anjali, “The doctor said you’ll recover soon and start speaking again. Once you tell me who’s responsible for your condition, I won’t spare them. Even if I get a single photo, I’ll make sure it goes viral.”
As fate would have it, Aarti and Raghav cross paths in the hospital corridor but fail to see each other. Aarti then asks Sapna to stay with Ganesh while she goes to get medicine. Ganesh, looking tense, tells Sapna, “Raghav, Abhay, and Nivedita are in this same hospital. We must leave before the truth comes out.” Hearing this, Sapna quickly stops Aarti and suggests they can buy the medicine outside—they need to leave immediately. Aarti is confused and asks why.
Just then, Sapna receives a call from the Rajvanshi family, who express their interest in Aarti and say they want the wedding to take place soon. Ganesh agrees and informs Aarti that her marriage has been fixed.
Aarti pleads with Ganesh to allow her to go on an assignment to Uttar Pradesh before the wedding. She promises to return on time. Sapna also supports her request. After a moment, Ganesh says, “Swear on your mother’s name that you’ll return safely and on time.” Aarti agrees and asks them to begin preparations for the wedding.
Elsewhere, Abhay tries to calm his father, saying, “The doctor advised you not to stress. Please, try to relax.” But Raghav, weighed down by grief, replies, “I don’t want to live anymore.” Nivedita scolds him and reminds him, “Don’t say that. Tomorrow is Aman’s death anniversary.” A nearby nurse overhears their conversation and wonders if they still don’t know that Anjali and her daughter are alive.
Meanwhile, Ganesh speaks emotionally to Anjali. “Do you remember the day you and Aman had that accident? It wasn’t an accident—it was a carefully planned attack.” He then asks if she remembers Aman and shows her his photo. Anjali begins recalling vague memories of Aman. Ganesh continues, “He was your husband—my son-in-law. Aman loved you deeply. He used to stand outside our house just to get a glimpse of you. He even risked his life for you. But in the end, he died in that pre-planned accident. Today is his death anniversary.”
Anjali begins experiencing flashbacks of the tragic event, her expression showing signs of recognition. Ganesh leans in and urges her, “Do you remember who was behind it? Pankaj tried everything to uncover the truth, but he found no clues. Whoever did this, though, will surely face God’s judgment.” Anjali suddenly gets vivid flashes of Yuvraj.
At that moment, Aarti enters the room, calling out, “Naanu!” Startled, Ganesh drops Aman’s photo. Aarti, concerned, asks why he looks so shocked and tearful, and whose photo he dropped. She bends down to pick it up.
Just then, neighbors from the colony walk in, wishing Aarti a happy birthday. Surprised, she asks why they’re here. Pradeep smiles and says, “It’s your birthday—let’s celebrate!”
