The episode begins with Damodar confessing his love to Gini. Gini replies that she loves him too. She then tells Damodar to kill Anjali, promising she will marry him afterward, and walks away.
Damodar video-calls Anjali, shows her a gun, and fires a shot. Anjali boldly tells him he won’t be able to kill her, but she will destroy his entire racket. Gini appears on the call and tells Anjali that Damodar will kill her soon, so she should enjoy whatever life she has left.
Anjali immediately calls Pankaj and informs him about Damodar’s threat. Pankaj warns her to be careful, calling Damodar extremely dangerous. Anjali says he cannot harm her and vows to expose everyone involved in the racket and bring them to justice.
Meanwhile, Pankaj asks Kali what she wants. Kali replies that she wants destruction. She says Aarti has married Ved, and insists Ved belongs to her—if she cannot have him, no one will. Kali demands Pankaj file a police complaint stating that Ved abducted her and tried to sell her. Pankaj tells her anyone can file a complaint, but he will decide whether Ved gets arrested. Kali asks why he won’t arrest Ved. Pankaj explains that the court has already proven she has no connection to Ved, and her accusations are false, meant only to harass him. Kali fumes, declaring again that Ved belongs to her, and repeats her demand. Pankaj finally instructs a constable to take her complaint.
The Rajput family brings Aarti to the bedroom for her first night with Ved. Nivedita notices Aarti’s teary eyes and asks Ved to comfort her before leaving.
Ved reassures Aarti and promises to fill her life with happiness. Aarti hugs him. Just then, she receives a call from Kali. Aarti answers, and Kali taunts her, saying she knows Aarti must be hugging Ved right now. Kali threatens that she will either get Ved arrested or kill him before their first night—and if she fails, she doesn’t deserve the name Kali. She declares Ved belongs only to her.
Ved takes the phone and tells Kali to do whatever she wants. He reminds her that he loves Aarti madly, and a madly-in-love man can do anything. He warns Kali not to show up in Kusumganj again.
Kali later asks Pankaj if he will arrest Ved. When he says no, she reminds him that she had already warned him—if Ved isn’t arrested, she will kill Pankaj instead. She tells him not to say later that she didn’t warn him, and leaves.
Anjali calls Pankaj again, asking for his support because she is about to fight a major battle. Pankaj agrees and tells her to keep an eye on Aarti and Ved, as Kali has gone completely out of control and might do anything. Anjali agrees.
